The guy claimed it was, I kinda feel like he was pushing it to get the sale but won’t happen again.

Just get a tempered glass protector

It's not the best and I also wish I just went for a tempered glass screen protector, as I already have a couple of scratches on it and I take very good care of my system when playing and storing it, so that's quite frustrating...

Lots of air bubbles!

The system was brand new. I ended up ordering another screen from a different manufacturer and it worked perfectly. Not a high quality product.
