Before the remote watching movies using the games controller was annoying, but with the remote, watching movies on the X Box X is very relaxing.

this control is faciltates alot. It even works to turn on and off the tv.

This remote is great when you watch media like Netflix or cable through your Xbox. Trying to pause what you're watching with a controller that has fallen asleep is always a hassle. With this remote, no need to turn on or fumble around before being able to pause or rewind. Great functionality. Also very nice for other people who aren't used to controllers

This product works great for what it is meant to do, but bummed that its not as easy as initially thought to control the cable/tv portion with channel numbers and such.

Since Microsoft doesn't seem to be interested in releasing a decent 1st party remote for the Xbox one, this is as good as it gets, and it's pretty good. Lights up when moved, has a comfortable shape and soft rubber texture. Plus all the buttons you would ever need. Can't beat it for the price and quality. It's the best 3rd party accessory I've purchased for the system.

This is better than the Microsoft official remote I also own, but this works much better and button push is more responsive and comfortable.

It's very easy use. Batteries are lasting pretty good in remote with daily use.

Since I'm not a gaming person and I use my Xbox for streaming only, I wanted to replace the gaming control for a remote that can be easy to program and navigate through the apps. I give a try to this remote control and it's the best solution for my needs, easy to use and pretty responsive, very happy with it and I really recommend it!!!

Does far more than a controller and works well with my Bose soundbar.

This is so easy to use for simple maneuvering through the Xbox dashboard. I don't have to worry about syncing when I first started using it. Easy to fast forward, stop, play, etc. when I stream any videos or play movies from DVDs/Blu-Rays. Has a unique texture and lights up everytime you move the remote control, so you can easily see the buttons.

I got this remote for watching movies so I didn’t have to use the controller. It does what I bought it for. The backlit keys are nice.

All I had to do was put the batteries in and it worked. No complicated setup and it does not need a usb receiver like my old one did.

I don’t own the other controller so I can’t compare but this is so much more convenient than using my Xbox controller for YouTube and stuff, especially when I found out how to program it to control the volume too. One downside is that the instructions aren’t all that helpful, I had to look up how to program it, but after that it’s great.

I use my Xbox one for all my media needs and this works better than having to turn your Xbox one controller on and then select. Only problem is that it adds an extra remote to the collection. Definitely a must have if you use your Xbox one for more than just games. Works with all versions of the Xbox one.

One of the coolest remotes I have seen yet. Automatically lights up on motion, and has a rubber backing to increase grip. All the functions of your Xbox gaming controller in a remote control setup. I needed this to be able to enjoy watching movies, without having a clunky gaming controller. Great but!

This remote works great. I use the xbox for watching netflix and things. This little remote is great for navigating around without having to turn the standard controller on after its timed out over and over. The feature I like the most about this remote is that if you move it at all, it senses the movement and the lights turn on for the buttons.
