OMG I LOVE THIS REMOTE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went into bestbuy to browse and saw this remote for only 20.00 and I have to say I love it, makes watching my blu ray player and Netflix app so much easier, no longer have to turn my controller on and off to browse the apps, also controls volumes and channels, the coolest feature is when you move the remote it has back lights for the buttons and it glows so you no longer are hitting the wrong buttons, for the price I would highly recommend this accessory

It is bigger than the 1st party Microsoft remote. Functionally it works the same. From what I can tell, you need the IR blaster if you want to control other peripherals like a TV. This was not clear until reading the instructions. Maybe, I should have knew this if I was more familiar with the Xbox I needed a remote for using streaming services on my OG Xbox One that I got from my son when he upgraded to Xbox One X.
