Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Victrix Pro BFG's build quality and customization options, citing its sturdy construction and extensive personalization features as major strengths. However, some users reported issues with button responsiveness and stick drift, expressing concerns about the sensitivity of the triggers and the placement of certain buttons. While many praise the controller's weight and feel, negative experiences with button stickiness and premature wear on the sticks were also noted.

Easy to customize, simple to change key bindings for rear triggers, and reasonably priced compared to other premium controllers. After going through 2 “elite” controllers made by xbox, this one became my favorite and the biggest selling point was how easy it was to repair. I did develop a dead spot with one if the sticks after about a year of heavy use, but parts were easy to find and simple to replace and when you’re spending this much on something, the ability to repair it can’t be ignored.

This controller works flawlessly across a wide range of games—shooters, racing, and more. The responsiveness is spot on, and the build quality feels solid. It connects easily and holds up well during long sessions. Definitely a great choice if you want a reliable, versatile controller.

I have used an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller my whole life but wanted to switch to something new based off of reviews. Pretty disappointed with everything this controller had to offer. 1. Quality of build seems light and cheap, doesn't have the solid feel in hand 2. Connection issues with bluetooth were poor, disconnected, took awhile to connect. 3. Xbox app for profile mapping is easier to use and much more detail oriented. 4. Triggers are too sensitive, even when on longest pull setting. Constantly shooting and ADS while barely touching triggers. 5. Share button is in an a terrible spot and cannot be turned off, kept hitting it when trying to get to home and back buttons. Might be good for some who enjoy fighting games and need hair triggers but for the price I feel that the xbox controller does more and has a better app.

Controller is hard to learn and adjust to at first, especially if using the Bluetooth feature. And yes, the controller is wireless, just use the cord to charge it. The controller is made very well, and has unique packaging to make you feel better about your purchase.

You know, I do like this controller, but it has some shortcomings for Xbox gamers. First off, for the price, it has a light, cheap feel. Secondly the sticks are too loose for my liking and I can't find any way of tightening them up. Next - the placement of the select and start buttons will really throw off an Xbox Gamer, and lastly, the controller is a bit wide for my taste. My recommendation is to try and find a unit to test out prior to purchase

This controller seems to play very well. I've had to disable all but one or two of the four back paddles because they are too easy to press, especially when not needed. The fact you can change the sticks to Xbox or PS layout is nice, or even hall effect sticks. The downfall is it feels cheap and plastic and not premium like the Xbox elite 2. Which I had and got bumper problems immediately. I got this on sale so it's worth the price for not having to pay retail!

Very solid controller. The price is very reasonable for what it comes with and what you can do to customize your controller. The controller app allows you to really get adjusted quick from trigger sensitivity, to stick sensitivity, to button remapping. Made super easy
