Bad electronic smell

Has a heavy bad electronic smell when you use it. The triggers are so sensitive. I adjusted them through a pc with the app but still sucks. Its a cool design and the button swapp is nice to have. But not worth the hassle to me.

Controller and Customer Service needs improvement

They will promise you warranty but once you claimed they will ask you for a bunch of requirements. Like video, and a lot more. Once you complied, they will tell you to ship the cheap broken controller to them. They will try to fix it then give it back to you. Meaning you will be out of controller for almost 2 weeks. Customer service is also rude. They do not practice the proper customer service manners. They will argue with you to make sure that you will not get a warranty. Most big and known gaming companies, when you complain they will sent you a new one, together with a return label for you to send the broken one. This company is different. They will blame you if you do not reply quick, like you need to revolve your life to them. I bought a RAZER WOLVERINE V3, that controller is legit and when I asked their customer service about warranty. They told me that they will replace the broken unit ASAP. On top of that the RAZER WOLVERINE V3 is a top of the line gaming controller. All my co-workers are using that controller. I should listen
