    Amazing remote

I've loved this controller. As a person who's been living off of gamestop warranty remotes, this is a luxury. I love the customization it offers through the app, I love the tigger locks, and I love the feel in my hands. I am a person with larger hands, so if you have smaller hands, I can't guarantee it'll be the most comfortable. Its slightly larger than the standard xbox remote I feel, but it definitely works. The app is easy to navigate and offers a wide range of freedom. I've had issues where a game doesn't offer stick dead zone and my controller has stick drift. Through the app you can recalibrate and set your own stick deadzone. I haven't had the remote long enough to develop stick drift, but it is made to combat it. You can do the same for the triggers as well. I've had multiple times where I bumped my knee and accidentally shot my gun on battle field, but toy can set how far you need to pull the trigger before it activates. Super cool remote and I highly recommend it for anyone who's looking for a high quality remote that you can make yours.

Best Bang for Buck in the Pro Controller World

This is, in my opinion, the best pro style controller you can buy. You have all of the features built into this controller that scream pro: 4 remappable rear buttons, a 5 way trigger lock system, swappable thumbsticks, and a protective carrying case with everything held in tight. Where this controller shines for me is the complete upgrade to the concept of fully customizable controller. You can set the trigger stops in 5 distinct positions and the hair trigger mode is so quick to activate I’ve been emptying my gun in CoD before I even realized I’ve pulled the trigger. The thumbsticks are modular and you can switch the layout easily as well as completely replace the right thumbstick with a fightpad that brings the best of a controller and a fight stick to you controller. The only negatives I have for the BFG are no pass through charging for the controller when it’s in the case and at present there are no replacements modules if you break or lose the modules provided with the controller.

Great for about 5 to 6 months

Good for about 6 months. PDP/Tutrle Bay Cust service helpless. Says 2 year warranty, but they won't even take mine after like 6 months. They are asking for video footage of something you can only feel playing a game. It's internal and they are dodging the issue. Right stick wearing super fast getting stuck in dscope making me loose ranked games. Now trigger input is lagging, and b button. Take great care of my stuff, play wired, store away when not in use. Oh yeah, I bought 3 of these things! What a shame at 200.00 for a "pro controller"! Take you chance. But don't trust PDP cust service to help.

I love this controller so much. But now it doesn’t work. It won’t charge, won’t factory reset, or turn on. The only way it will turn on is if i plug it in then unplug it. Some of the buttons no longer work. I bought this controller on March 1, 2025 and stopped working March 28, 2025. I would give it a 5 star rating but since it’s stopped working i’m not obviously. Hoping that it’s just faulty or something. I was stupid and didn’t get the warranty and i should have. not making that mistake again.

This controller is super nice!! I have bought 3 total and all have worked great! I have always been a PlayStation gamer so I am still getting use to the paddles on the back but you can change your bindings which is a nice option. I changed mine like a PlayStation controller but I think I’m going to change them back. Overall great controller and I wouldn’t have spent the money if I didn’t think it wouldn’t last me forever!

Im no professional gamer but i do have a preference when it comes to ny controller. Ive used Microsofts Elite series controllers for awhile now but the stick drift can become a expensive reoccuring annoyance with those controllers. I decided to try thos controller with all of its variable positions and customizable button mapping. Didnt even use this controller for mpre than a half hour before I decided to return it..... Stick drift can be annoying for aure but not as bad as trying to play games with this contraption. For the price there should be a noticable difference in your gameplay. While there may be a difference, its definitely not a good one. Unless you are thinking of going pro and even then, id probably just stick with good ol reliable microsoft and their products that are made specifically for the xbox console. The idea of this product is fantastic but the execution along with the outrageous price is an utterfailure. Do youreself a favor and save your cash for a regular xbox controller. If one day you decide you wanna go fancier than the OG xbox controller, throw a couple more bucks at the elite series controller and get somthing worth while.

Was playing Apex Legends when my back button felt a little mushy. The buttons in the back are connected by plastic to the controller. As you use the controller it slowly wears the plastic back in forth until it snaps. The reset of the controller work but still disappointed with this flaw.

Cant deactivate the Hair Trigger option on the app or using the fisical back buttons… the Triggers are so sensitive almost like a touchscreen and theres no way to deactivate them.. its a shame this controller has so much potential and its alot cheaper than de Scuf Instinct Pro

    Great with one caveat

I have liked everything about this controller with only one caveat. First, I want to start by saying that I am not the ideal use case for this product as I don't play fighting games. That said, the controller has a great premium feel. The front facing buttons all have a nice vibe. Not super clicky. So, if you like that this probably ain't it for you. The joysticks feel really nice. I'm trying out the directional pad that comes on it and it is interesting. It feels big. Like the over all surface area seems like 5-10% bigger than a standard xbox controller. Its cool but not sure I have a feeling I will be switching to the more standard D-pad. The extra programable buttons are my favorite I have experienced so far. I've owned an xbox elite, a nacon something or another and 2 different Power A controllers and this one by far has the best location and feel with regards to the programmable rear buttons. Now for my one gripe. I tend to be an anxious gamer; meaning I don't have a delicate touch with my button use. That has proven to be a bit of an issue with the triggers. They are VERY sensitive and don't need to be fully depressed to activate. In fact, if there is any downward pressure whatsoever on the trigger, it activates. This has compromised my stealth abilities while playing due to unintentional gun fire/ability activation. I believe this is supposed to be able to be addressed with the trigger stops on the back but that has not been my experience. I use it as a wired controller since I am close to my rig. So, I don't have any experiential data to share on the wireless connectivity

Great Controller in terms of performance. Very not user friendly in terms of guiding you to set up the controller. I still have the dongle that connects it wirelessly but have been not able to figure out how to make it work wirelessly. I have been using the cable, the controller gets auto picked up in all games which is great.

Great quality controller, very strong chemical smell that doesn't go away for months. Very touchy triggers that are easy to press when you don't mean in natural hand resting position (could be a me problem as I have very large hands). Apart from those issues it's been solid!

Amazing controller but with a few cons. Controller in the hands is amazing. Great build quality. Big downside is when you set the trigger locks, the tigger still activates completely at the start of the pull. You can not even rest your finger on the trigger when playing first person shooters without shooting or aiming. Other con is I wish they would adopt the paddle setup that scuf controllers have. The layout of the paddles get in the way when in tense gameplay Other than those two cons this controllers is amazing. Hopefully they will fix and change those because this would instantly become the only controller I would ever use
