No idea why dongle would not power up. I have replaced the first one and the second one now does random 180s in the middle of my games. It is very aggravating, especially in COD. I will be returning this and trying one more time before I switch brands all together

Wireless connection to the dongle is meh, requiring line-of-sight to work reliably, but once that is dealt with, this is probably the most reliable quad-paddle controller under $250.

This thing is perfect very solid interchangeable buttons and battery last pretty long!

If you’re trying to use it on PC, have Windows 11, and use Steam you’re going to run into problems right away because it will not update. The company has not successfully addressed compatibility issues. Search “Could not connect Victrix Pro BFG” to see what i mean. Best Buy should not be carrying such a shoddy product. It reflects poorly.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tried this controller out and thr triggers are extremely sensitive (even with changing the deadzones in the software) the accesories and all the other parts of the controller work great but the menu buttons are completely in the wrong places to be easily pressed, on top of that there is a button in the middle of the controller on the back that if you bump it will disconnect the controller for a few moments ( would be infuriating when playing competitive games.) overall.. i really can't recommend this over the xbox elite controller. Concept: very cool. Execution: awful.
