Good remote from a great company but bad mic input

It broke in a week- but it was cheap you get what you pay for I guess- but Best Buy gave me no problems getting another one with no extra fees

Frequently have to disconnect controller to get sound features to work. I play pretty gently and the right thumb stick already has issues with toggling to select items.

The controller broke within a week. Currently in touch with PDP.COM about it, but is now about to contact best buy. I loved the controller while it worked, but it had broken too quickly. However, I might have broken it when I opened it to clean the buttons, because the A button was getting stuck. But, once I did open it and cleaned the buttons I noticed that the buttons had chips on them, which probably was causing the A button to get stuck. On the contrary, the controller was put back together exactly how it was taken apart in reverse, with all buttons, lining, and screws in place. When I say broken I mean: the analog sticks will drift off nonstop.

Not good quality. The trigger broke in a few days. Not much I can say other than super frustrating. These controllers are meant to stand the test of time and this didn’t lSt 5 hours of play.

I bought 2 of these controllers since I knew they eventually mess up (thumbsticks or buttons) but didn't expect it to only last a day before I needed to open the next one the A button gets stuck and I'm hoping to be able to get it replaced soon.

Make sure you buy the warranty! Great function while it works but dead in short order. Unfortunately it is the best controller that is affordable. 3rd one from Best Buy.

First time deleting they didn’t want to hook up water line with bar and new stuff I paid for but took it , and then told new guys would come n hook up but today is the third day n nothing ,, greAt Should have not bought here ,,,

The spring in one of the triggers broke, rendering it useless. I had also bought a PDP headset and it did not work with this controller. Company did not respond to support request.

Wasn’t that’s good joy stick got stuck after like 3 weeks with it it lags the controller does not worth it might as well waste the extra 20 and get a good one smh

One month. That's all it had. I think this stuff is designed to break. Because console costs, accessory cost, game costs, in game purchases.......is not enough.

I had this for about three weeks and then the knob popped out of place I asked if they could fix it and they couldn’t fix it so I just wasted my money on this product

Less than a week after buying this item it broke and I can’t return it or exchange it because the stores are only curbside

Bought this item two months and the right joystick keeps tilting upward in game when Im not even touching it. Spend more money for quality is the lesson.

The controller lasted all of 3 weeks which is what I should expect from something that I got on the cheap. If you can spend the extra cheddar I'd avoid this.

Piece of junk. Some sayings are true. You get what you pay for…in this case the controller is in a desk drawer as it was a piece of junk

Stopped working after a week on my high powered PC, I very rarely break things so this was a real turn off from buying off brand controllers

Worked alright to begin, had some issues with headset connections, got that fixed and it played well - ONCE. I left the controller plugged in and didn't used my Xbox for a couple of weeks. When I turned my Xbox on the controller wouldn't turn on. The middle area of the controller was warm to the touch but there were no lights coming on indicating that it was working.. I was using a brand new USB but did try several USBs to no avail. Wouldn't turn on when plugged into a PC either. I've never bought a piece of garbage like this before. Just spend the extra $40 on a Microsoft controller, you'll be much happier.

I purchased this on March 21st. The right trigger button spring popped today on May 3rd. Barely even a month old and it's a lost cause. It was already a problem that I had to disconnect and reconnect to get sound through headphones at start up. Every time!! I'm sure there is a limited warranty but let's be honest, a piece of trash will be a piece of trash even if they sent me a new one. Done!
