Broken audio port for headphones right out of open box. Only worked 50% of the time. Wasn’t used for a few months and after 2 weeks the A button got stuck and wouldn’t come out.

Physical appearance was great but the headphone back was shorted out and the right thumb stick had drift.

Not only does it muffle and headset you plug in the controller it self feels cheapy and buttons don’t work right.

Stopped working within a few days of buying it, Didnt get a chance to take it back within the return window. Out the money . Its crap dont buy it.

Remote last about a month have bought 2 so far and none last more than that then I can't even return because the return period is over

Works ok but always causes issues with headset. Makes a loud whining noise for friends in party chat and needs to be unplugged and replugged before it works.

We bought two of these controllers, and they both functioned fine for about 2 weeks. After that, they both started glitching heavily. Either refusing to respond at all, or about half of the inputs working while others didn't. Often they would interfere randomly with the regular Xbox One wireless controller (phantom stick drift, etc). Eventually has to unplug both in order to have any use of my system at all. I wish we could return them, but after a week of performing fine we got rid of the packaging, so we're stuck with two unusable paperweights.

Purchase date: 4/28/2020, today is 5/14/2020. I purchased this for PC and it worked perfectly until today. I was playing the COD campaign, paused it to do something, and when I came back a few minutes later the controller wasn’t registering. I left the game, I unplugged and plugged back in but windows keeps saying the device is faulty. I’ve tried three different USB cables and they all yield the same result. My normal Xbox controller works fine with all cables. Hopefully I can return or exchange this once the coronavirus restrictions are lifted.

Do not buy!! Broke within a month. Big disappointment for a child who spent their bday money on it.

Right trigger broke after a month of using. Wire also bent after a few days.

The controller didn’t even last a month and I can’t return it because it can only be returned within 15 days of purchase

My son needed yet another controller for his Xbox. Based on its reasonable price, I purchased the PDP - wired controller. Unfortunately, the controller functioned appropriately the first couple of days but shortly thereafter stopped working. It was not over used and not dropped/mishandled. The controller failed to turn on as if it was completely dead (no light or any responsiveness). We disconnected and checked wires but to no avail. We were forced to go for a more costly controller. I guess you get what you pay for.

I purchased a previous controller that broke a 3 days after purchasing this one came broken from the joystick as well

I usually don't buy third-party controllers. This series controller was highly recommended by a friend, so I was very optimistic. But I noticed that the cable that is required to attach comes loose from the controller very easily. It causes the game to ask to attach the controller every few seconds, making it unplayable. I'm not certain whether I received a bad cable or if they're all like that, but since it's been only a week since I purchased it, I'll be returning it to get a first-party controller.

The cord locks into the controller, which is awesome, however the bottom right joystick broke a week after purchase.

When you push forward on the left stick to walk straight, your character just runs in a circle. At first the right stick didn't work, it barely moved the camera. But I followed instructions on the pdp support site and I ended up with this problem indtead. I've tried contacting them but they don't return emails or calls. I don't know what to do except say don't buy this unless you want a head ache.

Crap. Bought 5 different ones from best buy and Walmart, none have made it longer than a week, with no accidents.

Broke in less than 4 months. Then I ordered a replacement for it and it was already broken when I opened it. Crazy!
