I couldn't get the product back until we had it for six weeks. I had to travel to his house to get it. I exchanged it because we know sometimes there is a problem , but he liked it. They still charged me again for the warranty. Now I don't know when I will get it to him to see if this one works. I thought the warranty was to cover exchanging the game if there was a problem ?? Why did I have to pay a second time. We only had it for six weeks. Warranty was for a year ??
