I have not yet picked up this order. Why is it saying picked up???

Just plug and play I wanted a controller for the pc was easy to configure

Is not a comfortable grip at all and need to just be a normal size

Great controller for the price. sturdy and great feed back because it is a wired controller. With that being said it is not the same quality as an official controller but great for the price.

worked for about 2 months and then a wire came loose. Could've been a one-off but I decided to find a different controller.

Just bought the controller yesterday, plugged it up and it works. Started playing Modern Warfare, and the vibration is completely off. You shoot your gun and it has like a two second delay from actually shooting. And once you've already killed a player, the controller just vibrates insanely for the next 8 seconds. This is a random occurrence, sometimes there's no delay but there's mainly a delay when you're sniping or rushing people. The vibration works fine on GTA5, not sure why it's sort of messed up on Modern Warfare. I tried resetting the controller, changing the intensity on the PDP app and restarting my computer. Really weird, but overall the controller works fine. Lets see how long it lasts.

As a lover of hating myself on a cellular level through the use of Dark Souls games, I can say I’ve been through a lot of controllers in my day. The price may make you think these controllers are just awful but they are literally identical to the official Xbox controllers except the bumpers are a little different and the shape is slightly tweaked. If you are looking for something expendable then this controller is the perfect option for you and quite honestly, stop buying the $60 ones ‘cause they’re all the same. Think of this as a business decision, the next time you fight Ornstein and Smough or Slave Knight Gael or Manus, you’ll only need to pay $25 to get through the fight rather than $60. 5head.

This a huge P.O.S and no I am not talking Point of Sale System! My girlfriend bought this thinking it would be a good purchase for the low price boy do I feel bad for her and anyone else who buys this crap! It barely lasted a month! Buttons have caved in completely the joy sticks have worn out after just 4 weeks absolutely pathetic ! I do not know how long this company has been in business but you will go no where fast sorry !

This product is not good at all. Easily broken not sturdy. But if you're looking for a quick cheap buy it's okay.

Xbox controllers, at least in my experience, break very easily, and somewhat quickly, but this controller took it to another level. I bought it maybe a month ago, and within a week it started showing sign of wear. The triggers are particularly awkward, they are loud, dry, and springy. Today I was playing with this controller and guessed I pushed the right trigger one time to many and a spring or something on the inside got displace and the trigger no longer works and does not naturally go back into place when I push it down. I have never dropped it or done anything that should have caused damage but I guess that’s what I get for buying a cheap controller.

What a piece of garbage. It lasted less then 3 months, right trigger broke and it was barely used at all. Now I need to go spend another 25 bucks. I hate the products that Bestbuy sells, they break in record time, and you have to go buy again. They sell you that geek squad warranty thing, because they know they sell cr@p. Only reason I bought from them was that everything was shutdown during Covid in May and was the only place that had curbside pickup where I could get a control. Never again from this company, or this store.
