I tried everything, I put it in several different USB ports trying to get it to turn on. I finally got it to turn on shoving the cord in the remote. It’s very loose and won’t work without me holding the cord in so I’m extremely disappointed.

The grips on the thumb sticks wore off and broke at 28 days. I have turtle beach recon 50x headphones that no longer let me chat with players, I can hear them but them not me. I have played with a wireless controller and have no problems with chat. Not impressed so far. Price is cheap and that’s what you get.

I know its the controller since my son plays fortnite and spams on hell out of my Official Xbox one controller and its works better than this one and it has over year in my possession.

The thumb pad covers only lasted 17 days with normal use, Both rubber pads split first then came off completely. Later the controller's responsiveness went, and the plug for the jacks stopped working on days 22, all this happened in the span of 24 days of normal use.

Don’t buy

Straight out the box the analog stick was broken. Had to travel back to the store and return . Read the reviews most say it takes a month for the analog to break. Mine didn’t even last a minute.
