Very cheap made, the mic jack broke only after having for 2 weeks

Less than a week after I bought it the left joystick broke. It was working fine until that happened. It did not fall or anything like that. Luckily I can have it replaced anytime in the next 2 years, if it wasn't for that, this controller would have been wasted money.

I honestly thought when I bought this control was going to be worth the money but it really isn't I went in there and exchange it three times Within a month-and-a-half they glitch out and to update the controller you have to go on their app or website not worth it my opinion

It feels cheaply made like it is going to break it is good enough for my 9 year old

Bought 2 of these controllers and they both stopped working about 1 month in. Controller would not retain it’s connection and would shut off mid game and sometimes the controller wouldn’t react to pressing the buttons. Horrible quality. Not worth the purchase or the headache.

Seemed like a more economical choice for my kids and avoids the hassle of batteries, but in less than a month one of the trigger springs failed. Took it a part and managed to bend what was left of the spring to give it some tension again, but I'm sure it won't last long.

You have to bend and twist the cord to get it to work

I bought this in May of last year and the right trigger broke and that just sucks. Before that happened I noticed the latency started to get bad. Other than that it was fine but honestly spend the extra money for a proper controller.

The A button stopped working after 2 weeks. I brought it back to the store & was told they couldn’t return or exchange after 14 days. I was at 15. Took my business to another place with a reasonable 30 day return window.

Great controller while it worked. Good ergonomic design, fit the hands well. Like many others mentioned, trigger/bumper broke after less than 2 weeks of use. Very poor construction.

Everything works great about this controller until you try to use the headphone Jack then it’s just buzzing and static in your ear and no one can hear you.

this one the buttons stick and the right bumper gave out had to get a new one , not good for fast games the buttons start to stick and give out

Don’t waste your money, cord became loose from inside the box and can’t be attached again, rendering the control useless. It also broke 16 days after purchase which is 2 days too late for Best Buy’s return policy.

Right out of the box I put my headsets on and I couldn’t hear anything. I messed with the settings and still nothing. The earphone jack is messed up on the controller.

Bought the 1st controller on the 6/6 broke in just a few days. Took it back for a replacement. The 2nd one lasted just over the 7 days of the return time frame. Out the money and controller. Do not recommend.

The controller didn't work on my Windows PC for some reason. I took it back for a different model

i bought this controller and it worked great for about a week and then i woke up one morning and it was broken. the left analog stick got stuck and can’t use it to move around anything

The spring in the RT trigger button broke after a few weeks! Very disappointed! I can’t even return it to Best Buy because it’s past the return date.

The truth is I bought it for the price but it is not worth the cord it breaks down a lot and not everyone can replace it all a headache it is better to spend a little more on the wireless

I purchased this for my granddaughter and she played with it for about 2 weeks and the A button got stuck so she’s not able to play her game and I threw the box away what a waste.
