Got home and my son opened the box, the usb cord was not included. The manual said not to return it to the store, contacted the manufacturer and still do not have the cord. It’s been about three weeks. The controller does not work with out the usb cord.

I was like what the poop... so then I unplugged it then replugged it and it didn’t work. I shut off my Xbox and when I left the room it turned on along with my controller. Later on I found out it was my controller so after each use I unplugged my controller. It would randomly work in my luck, and then stop working... and now it doesn’t work at all. I’m very angry with this controller. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the headset is fine and the controller was fine.
