Works great now that I figured out how to connect. It seemed to be a little difficult at first.

The plug worked fine until I added some more smart bulbs and smart plugs that use the Smart Things app in my Alexa settings. I'm only able to sync one brand to this app rendering this plug useless for voice control.

Great support and friendly service. I initially had some issues with these devices but the support team stuck with me throughout the entire process until they found tbe issue on their end and fixed it.

Download the Hampton app and then connect to them once it does, you can name them , and set up a schedule for them to turn on and off, then add a skill for Alexa and Alexa will find them. Wasn't too hard.must have 2.4 wifi to work

Plug Works Like a Charm. Esp. With Alexa and Google

Fairly easy to set up. Worked great on a timed schedule. I got notifications on my phone. If unplugged on the timer schedule, also get error notifications which is handy too. I will be buying more for Christmas lights!

Nice litle switch, but very bad network access. One day, its connected, the next, it isn't. My other switch was much better. Documentation was very poor, and hard to set up (and I'm a computer nerd). Unless you are very close to your network point, don't buy this.

Works well. This is less expensive than competitors.

I couldnt connect the plug to my wifi because it was 5.0 it only works on 2.0 and to change the network name to then reconnect all my devices plus the plug is too confusing and something is bound to get messed up.

Testes them on a few items worked weell. Going to replace timers at my vacation home for better and adjustable control. definitely getting a couple more.

Very nice and I am sure I will enjoy them but you must have a hub to make them work. Waiting for mine to arrive. They shipped quickly and arrived packed well and in good condition.

1st time buying Peace product so far okay prices was okay as well it was a little challenging installing with app but got it done overall it works good for what it use for.

I use this on a window A/C and works on my smartphone. It is a little tricky to set up but works great. I don't have to go upstairs to turn on or off

Compare to other top Smart Plugs , this was actually average . One of this Peace by Hampton I couldn't work out even after several attempts within the same house with the same WiFi and Password , which I was able to with a competitor

I bought a package a while, and managed to add one to my network successfully, the other one just will not connect. So, I deleted the one that works and try to add it again. Well, it just would not connect. That was about a year ago or so, I gave it another try today, neither one would connect. I am just going with the Amazon Brand instead, these one are garbage.

Didn’t really use it but I hope it works great. I have different item and works really good so hopefully this one too

I gavent gotten around to setting ip this smart plug but I know it works well with my dot.
