Essential! I’ve used the wrist strap for over two years, however I bought this for when I had to photograph a wedding with a heavy 24-70mm lens, and it was perfect! Now I use this more than my wrist strap I previously had.

THE. BEST. CAMERA. STRAP. EVER. That is all. No seriously, what else do you need to say? This thing is great quality, easy to adjust, but doesn't slide around like my default Fuji strap did. It's sleek and easy to use. Get one.

Very functional and robust. I like the ability to unclip the long strap quickly for use on a tripod and the strap can be adjusted to around-the-neck length or cross-body length. Very versatile and lightweight but strong. Perfect for a point-and-shoot or lighter mirrorless camera with smaller lens. I would not use this with a DSLR.

    Peak Design camera strap

these camera straps are by far the best available. It is nice having the quick adjustments. These straps come with spare quick connects as well as a mount that screws into the threaded hole in the bottom of the camera for a side carry configuration. I do not recommend this narrow strap if you have a larger lens on your camera (70- 200 2.8 or larger) because the extra weight will cause it to dig into your neck after a while. Thankfully Peak Design has a wider strap plus a small wrist strap also. All of these products are top quality and seem like that are very durable.

    Peak Design Leash, it works

I decided on the Peak Design Leash for a strap that I can interchange between a zoom poimt & shoot camera and my DSLR. The ‘grab it and adjust it’ strap length works really well and the quick disconnect strap ends a strong and convenient.

Bought this wrist strap because I like to carry my a6500 in my hand when walking around vs carrying around my neck. The QD's work great and feels secure and its nice knowing it works with Peak Designs other straps.

Nice camera strap. I find it’s thin design comfortable, but it’s also really strong. The package contained an extra clip, extra parts, and everything you need.

If you’re already in the Peak Design eco-system, you don’t need this review. If you’re a newcomer, this strap is a great entry point for small to mid-sized camera (I use a Sony A7C II). It allows me to easily use it as an over-the-shoulder sling, my favorite position. And the multiple quick snap attachments offers a variety of flexibility — and compatability with other Peak Design products.

I have used a Peak Design on my DSLRs, but didn’t want to use the heavy strap for my G-15. So this narrower strap real fits the bill. I carry it over my right shoulder with it hanging on my left side making it easy to bring to my eye without twisting.

This is such an easy product to use and is just so smart. The packaging includes all instructions necessary to learn all of its features and they’re VERY easy to understand. Very nice graphics and explanations make the product intuitive. Includes a couple of accessories that are also nicely labeled and explained. As advertised, attaching and detaching the strap is very simple and quick. The securing mechanism inspires confidence. Not at all worried about it breaking or coming loose.

I have converted every camera I own over to the peak design system and the same ARCA plate receivers on all my tri-pods. This allows me to go sling when I need to have my camera to my side, yet hold camera in position with security using the clutch, or setting up on a tri-pod. The strap is well made and comfortable, the disconnects give me great security and flexibility. I like the materials and craftsmanship in the PD line up of slings, slides, straps, and clutches. Even the packaging is nice and I especially like the little touches like a soft sack to keep spare parts in (including the allen wrench they give you). I will note, that the carrying strap is more for a smaller camera, as the strap size is too small for larger gear. If you are looking for a DSLR or pro Mirrorless, look at the PD Slide or Slide-lite. I'm so glad I found this company.
