I bought this for my son and he loves this watch. The best feature is the text message while his phone is still in his pocket.

This phone is rather simple compared to other smart watches and prioritizes different features compared to other smart watches, such as the Galaxy Gear. The Galaxy Gear focuses on having impressive specs and a nice screen. It's practically a PDA in its own right. The Gear sacrifices in the areas of battery life, compatibility with other phones (although this will change), and price. The Pebble prioritizes the opposite of the Gear. It doesn't have very impressive specs, and has a crisp but black-and-white screen. Because of this the Pebble gets decent battery life (about a week per charge, opposed to the Gear's 2 days), better compatability (all modern Android and iOS phones), and a better price ($150 vs the Gear's $299). The Pebble also sacrifices memory space, which means you're limited to a total of 8 apps or added-on watch faces at any given time. Notifications, notes, music control, and other simple apps are all available for the Pebble. As the SDK is free anyone can write for it, resulting in a small but quickly growing enthusiast community. The Pebble's iOS compatibility for a long time was limited and a bit tedious to use with iPhones. Pebble recently updated their firmware and iOS app so iPhones that support Bluetooth LE (iPhone 4S and up) and iOS 7 will now reliably get all notifications. While this is a great improvement and makes the Pebble much more attractive for iPhone owners, it still is behind Android compatibility and flexibility. Is the Pebble right for everyone? No, probably not. It's questionable how much value it brings other then being a triage device that lets you preview items and perform specific tasks without pulling out your phone. The Pebble team is constantly improving the Pebble however, and the upcoming SDK 2.0 should bring a lot of new interesting features. If you're a tech enthusiast, like the idea of getting notifications on your watch and customizing the watchface, then you may enjoy the Pebble.

Works for our needs. Using it as an emergency notifier for spouse. SOS app installed and can notify me with push of button.

Got this for it's reported IOS compatibility. Works most of the time. I can see who is calling or texting or see emails. Occasionally it will get disconnected but it doesn't mention that it got disconnected. So I can't fully rely on it. It is a consistant fitness tracker, however. An has upped my average for catching a call.

I can't take the benefit of all the options foe the watch as I use it with my Windows phone (developer app/not official) but I do get to read my emails and texts along with Cortana updates perfectly. If it works great for me I'm sure it will work better for an iPhone or Android user.

This is a good watch and it gets better with every update. It is very basic, but it does everything I need it to do.

My fiancé really likes his watch. My fiancé wears his watch every day and has not said anything negative about his watch.

Bought a total of 5 of the pebble watches. So far the feedback has been good.

The watch is great if you can not get to your phone or are in a place where you can not pick up. Can send small text

Bought this for my daughter for connection to Nightscout a Continuous Glucose Monitoring system. There is a face that will display her glucose levels and has an arrow letting us know if she is trending up or dropping. Very comfortable and great size. Thinking of buying another one.

I love my smart watch! I have nothing to compare it to, but I am very pleased with my purchase. I have had a few connectivity issues, and the Bluetooth connection does drain some battery life from your phone, but overall I have been very pleased. I'd like to see more applications

I bought this watch for my 14 year old son for Christmas. He loves this watch and has worn daily. Recent updates have enhanced the watch features. When his phone is on vibrate and in his pocket, he no longer misses texts or call since he can feel the watch vibrate on his arm.

If you're looking for a smart watch to get you by this is definitely the one. If you want something with a little bit more bells and whistles go with the Apple watch.

Baught the watch and was an extremely easy set up to connect to my phone. The battery life lasts 3-4 days before I charge it overnight. And the notifications are always instant.

I ended up getting the Apple Watch to replace it. The Pebble is a great device for what it is, I just wanted more.

Great watch once you get everything set up. I've had to do a hard reset several times to get it to work properly.

I was looking for a way to not be stuck on my phone but still have the ability to have some communication. I can screen what I need to see without pulling out my phone. The vibrating alarm is also very handy.

I bought an Apple Watch. The Pebble is the original smart watch and was ahead of its time, but it is just outdated now. No color or touch screen. It is a great for watch and entry level smart watch though.

I love my pebble! I just wish that it had tones as well as a longer battery life. Other than that it's a great watch.

Nice long lasting battery although the charger can easily fall off when linked. Lots of watchfaces to chose from.
