Not a lot of options in this watch but it works well for what it is. I think I may upgrade to a better one soon

My husband wore this watch for less than two hours and did normal activities. The watch face became scratched up with minor activity. He also could not keep it synced to his phone - it would not show calls or texts and music would stop playing. Hopefully best buy will take this poorly made product back.

This is a great watch for someone just wanting basics.

I picked up a Pebble at Best Buy and within 2 hours the screen began 'blinking/flashing' on/off making it entirely unusable. I searched the forums and discovered this was an all too common manufacturing defect without a fix. Since I was at work and right next door to the Best Buy, I went back and exchanged it for their last remaining unit. The second one has run for several weeks without issue. So, my feedback on the product would be generally positive but I don't think it's unfair to say that they have MAJOR manufacturing/quality issues that meet or exceed the Xbox360 RROD in scale and frequency. The Pebble demonstrates that there is a BIG appetite for a good smart watch, and is the first device to (mostly) meet that need. Unfortunately, they needed to be almost perfect in their execution if they hoped to survive when the big boys arrive (Apple, Google, Samsung); and that is going to happen soon. I don't mind spending $150 to sample a bit of the future, but I knew going in that it would be replaced by something better very soon. All that said, the Pebble is attractive, easy to use, and the primary function (getting notificaitons on your wrist) is more useful than I imagined. I spend a lot of time on boats on the weekends, usually ditching my phone into a waterproof bag/compartment to avoid damage. Having a waterproof pebble, I can see if anyone needs me without having to constantly check my phone. Same thing at home when my phone is charging; I can use the Pebble to ensure I don't miss an important call, text or email. The reliability of that connection is pretty good, unless you leave/re-enter bluetooth range where (on an iPhone) you'll need to go into settings and re-establish all of your alerts. I'm sure that will be fixed with future iOS/Pebble updates. I like the look of the watch, it's functionality, and I think the price-point is fair. I wish they had better quality materials, fit & finish, and way better quality control (too many units reporting problems). The buttons are big and easy to find, but sometimes difficult to press, or alternatively 'squishy' feeling. The watch face is easy to read in most light, but you can see smears in the plastic at angles and with polarized sunglasses on. Teh watch strap is comfortable, but cheap in appearance. Bottom line, I wear mine every day but can imagine it being replaced quickly were Apple to release a smartwatch.

Got this for my husband but he didn't like it because you couldn't make calls on it

Pebble has been sold to Fitbit and they no longer support this watch. The screen stopped working properly after 2 weeks. Ironically, when it worked it did exactly what I wanted in a smartwatch. Tell time-and show me text and email notifications.

Returned this because it worked more like a $20 Chinese knockoff that a $100 gadget.

The Pebble smart watch is not so smart. Does not work to the expected potential.
