I get texts and don't look so obvious when I check my watch. The battery lasts for a days without a charge. And it's waterproof!

I have a collection of medium price watches and one a bit more than medium. The pebble is the "cheapest" and in some ways the most useful of the bunch. It is small, light, looks pretty good, and very functional. The screen quality is quite night and battery life is excellent. I may bypass the soon to be released other smart watch just for the battery life. This does everything I expect of a smart watch.

It does a great job and is very minimalistic but not sure if it translates to $200 in value with the Apple watch coming and Android improving. If you just want text notifications and little else then this will work great and looks almost like a regular watch. If you want more than this is probably not for you.

It is great seeing text messages and phone calls on your wrist while driving or at work when your phone is not near you. Its water proof so it can be worn in the shower. It seems like it wouldn't be that big of a convenience but it definitely is!

Pebble truly struck the perfect balance of creating a device that is functional yet elegant. I don't wear anything but my Pebble anymore. I have watches such as Tissot, Citizen, Seiko, etc; but ever since I got the Pebble, it has been my everyday companion. The convenience of just looking at your wrist for a quick glance to see if you have to reply to the email, SMS or even accept or ignore the call right from your smartwatch is addictive. Pebble completely changed the way I use my phone.

I have known about Pebble since Day 1 but reviews were mixed so I didn't bother then Best Buy has this greatly reduced price on this watch and I had a gift card to cover some cost and BOOM I have a watch. I didn't give it 5 stars because sometimes it takes time bluetooth syncing in regards to watch face that also has weather. But it has been awesome getting text messages. I usually leave my phone on my desk as I bop around my work area, which is quite large, and I can still get texts, see who is calling. Plus, it vibrates when I get out of range. I have left the building, jumped in my car and my watch vibrates. It just reminded me that I forgot to get my phone. How awesome is that?! I have other watches that I like to wear but this one is so useful and handy it is hard for me NOT to wear it all the time.

I love the Pebble Steel because of all of the available smartwatches, this looks the most like a dress watch. Although I'm a big Android fan, I found the available Android Wear watches too gigantic for my wrist, and I don't think the upcoming iWatch will be much different. The Steel looks great, especially with the official steel band from Pebble. I also like the fact that the e-ink screen is always on (and the backlight is turned on by a simple flick of the wrist for viewing in the dark). I didn't want to wear a watch that had a blank face for most of the time. There are quite a few nice watchfaces available in the Pebble store. I don't use many of the watch apps, but there certainly are some good ones available, especially for fitness. It's great having notifications appear on my wrist, instead of having to take my phone out of my pocket--especially at work!

The Pebble Steel is an excellent watch. Easy to use and decent battery life. I would have given it 5 stars but the notifications sometimes stop and I have to restart the watch, which is a one-button operation and very fast. Otherwise it's perfect. I've gotten compliments on the looks.

I luv my Pebble. After owning the original Galaxy Gear for about two weeks and returning it because of freezing, crashing, and the inability to keep accurate time, the Pebble absolutely smashes it when it comes to basic functionality and performance. Lasting at least 3-4 days with my moderate to heavy use, the Pebble has exceeded my expectations. Tons of watch faces to suit anyone, integration with fitness apps like FIt BIt and MisFit to name a few; what really surprised me was being able to do things like dial my phone with the Pebble Dialer or send canned text responses with wristponder which coincidentally are my two quick launch apps. Sure the screen, isn't color or touch, but the buttons work exceptionally well and the learning curve is a few hours. Oh, and it keeps accurate time!! I also use apps like Pebble Bucks to pay for my Starbucks drinks with the watch face...there's a nav me app which gives you directions from Google maps....There's a Bible app for those that read it...Toggles app for toggling vibrate, wifi, bluetooth et all...those are my fav so far. The crowd funded version was a hit, the Pebble Steel builds upon that with some room to grow. The stainless steel is nice and weighty in hand, but not too much. I run and shower with it daily because it also give me basic info from Runkeeper or other fitness apps you might like. If you're gonna shower with it, definitely get the Steel band as the leather one starts to smell after a few washes. It's not the flashiest or most feature laden smart watch out there, but it does everything it's intended to do very well. You won't be disappointed.

This watch is a great buy. It has different watch faces that you can download. It gives you the time, temperature and weather forecasts for your area. It paired with my I phone with no difficulty. Best of all it gives me text messages from my contacts giving me the opportunity to not have to reach for my cell phone. Terrific buy.

I am very pleased with my Pebble Steel smart watch. I read several other reviews where the buyer was dissatisfied with the product because of losing connection. I have been wearing mine 24/7, except while charging, and it has never lost connection or required a repairing. There is a warning when the battery level gets to 20% and also when it gets to 10% and there is plenty of time to continue wearing it until you get home or where ever your charging cable is. I now leave my phone on silent and rely only on the watch to alert me to calls and texts. I wish I could respond to texts with it so I didn't have to pick up my phone at all.

I originally bought the pebble when it first came out. The new pebble is here and because I like the basic feature of accessing my texts without hiding to pull out my phone at work, I opted to buy the pebble steel for what I thought was a great price. I wont need all the new features. What I value most about getting my electronics from Best Buy is the fact that I can purchase their warranty. I did for one of the pebbles I bought for my son. After an accident at school his pebble no longer worked and they replaced it with no questions asked! Turned in the old one and got a new one. It covers accidents so it was great. Always will buy from Best Buy and get the 3 year extended warranty.

I really like my pebble watch. Love notifications, text and calls on my wrists. Took off one star for their terrible customer service. First only contact option is by email. I emailed them regarding an issue I was having and it took them 6 days to respond. If I wrote them a letter, it might be faster.

This is a great watch for the iOS. I have an iPhone 6 plus, and the initial set up was a bit of a headache. However, once I was able to sync watch with phone, I haven't run into issues yet!

I love having this watch especially since my phone is left in a drawer, this watch allows me to see who's calling or sending me messages without having to constantly be on the phone. I would recommend this to anyone who can't be on their phone all day or doesn't want to be on their phone all day.

The Pebble watch is great for it's long battery life and easy to read screen, but inconsistent blue tooth connectivity and therefore inconsistent alerts keeps me from giving it 5 stars. Hopefully firmware updates will fix the issue.

watch is easy to use for android and OS systems and the color is sleek

Great looking watch. It has the look of a nice watch and that is one reason I purchased the Pebble Steel. The battery life is a little shorter than advertised, but I could be using it more with the apps I downloaded. The back light for the watch should stay lit longer when activated.
