Pleased with my purchase

I sold my moto 360 because this watch is so much more comfortable and had better battery life. I can easily get 2 plus days out of this watch. I would highly recommend it.

It doesn't look like a smart watch at first glance but really packs a lot of features. The part that I like the most is how dedicated the Pebble team is to updates and improvements. This watch really has it all - smart connectivity (texting, notifications, etc.), activity tracking, and a smart alarm! I can see why people are Pebble users for the long-haul.

Terrible Support Disqualifies Their Products

I received Pebble Round as a gift... Shortly after it started crashing every few hours (loosing all data and settings). I contacted their support. First surprise. There is no phone number. You cannot call them. You are at the mercy of emails and their support which *may* respond in next few days. Second. The instructions given by support are inconsistent and pointless. You are asked provide more and more details (I was asked about the same over and over again). Third - you should count a time to resolution of your issue in weeks (not hours or days). If any. I requested refund. That's not an option. I tried to escalate - no luck. So I am sitting and typing this review starring at the 200 USD piece of junk from pebble.

Not Ready for Prime Time

Very nice package but can't get any apps to install on it. Also their own app doesn't connect most times I tried it. This is a complete failure.
