Only one piece came and not complete item.

Took the item to the store and bad customer service and the item was not in stock and nothing comparable to that price point either.

Pay a little more money

Installer stated that this mount is more for the commercial market, which to me is a good thing because it is nice and sturdy, but it also makes it a bit harder for someone trying to self- install it, because it requires either a very nimble wrist of a long drill bit extension to screw in the vertical screws to tighten the mount to the wall. This mount has only been up for a few days and I had it installed by the geek squad, but so far I have no complaints.

Yesterday I mounted on the wall, and it’s absolutely amazing product. What I like about this is it’s very light not like other wall mounts and very easy to mount on the wall, it even comes with a level so you can make sure your wall mount is straight. I’m going to buy again for my living room TV as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
