Overall, like the other Persona games, this one also has the new game + option, after you beat it. The story by far is probably the best from all 5 games, and Rumors are we’re getting the FES storyline as a DLC. I can’t wait.

The gameplay is great and has nice changes from the new Theurgy system, and the quality of life changes post original Persona 3/FES like skill selection during inheritence, P5's action menus and baton pass, etc. If you have played base Persona 3/FES, or portable, it is overall the same story, but there is enough changes in gameplay and additional content to make this a great game to get into for first time players and veterans of Persona 3.

A Fantastic Game

I never played the original Persona 3 so I went in blind. I love this game. The visuals are great, the music is fantastic, and the story and theme are so well done. It really gets emotional in some parts. Overall, if you like Jrpgs, mixed with some social sim, this is a must buy!!

Embrace the Dark Hour!

I never played the original but this remake allowed me to enjoy a ps2 classic in the modern age. If you played P5 please give P3 a chance. Its a wonderfully heartfelt story with excellent characters and fantastic music.
