I always heard great things about Persona 5 but for some reason I never got around to trying it out. That all changed when I bought my PS5 and decided to download P5 from the PS Plus collection. After about 20 hours of playtime within a matter of days it's safe to say I was hooked on this game. My mind was made up on wanting a physical copy of the game for my collection. I seen on the Best Buy website that Persona 5 Royal (best version of P5) was on sale for $29.99 so it was a no Brainer. 55 gaming hours later I'm loving this game and it feels like I have so much more left to explore and learn. Now it's time to hunt down a copy of Persona 4 Golden for my PS Vita soon.

I own the original P5 and P5R is so much better. Where the original felt kind of monotonous at times this stays fresh. I’m not usually a fan of turn based combat, but here it’s awesome.

Easily the best JRPG in the last few years. P5R is FILLED with content and it's a great JRPG to introduce anyone into this genre. I highly recommend picking this up, you won't regret it!

Pretty good RPG. Tons of hours of gameplay. The story might drag on a little long, but it's good overall.

Fun game with a lot of hours worth of content. This is apparently the version to get, unless you want everything they offer, as they also have "Persona 5 Royal Ultimate Edition".

Definitely the best part of the persona franchise, I've tried to play 3rd and 4th parts but it's just different The vibe of jazz and art style is insane

The original version was great, but this adds character and some new features that make it even better. With sales these days on the royal version, no reason to pass on this game.

Amazing update to an already great game. This version adds an extra 10-20 hour easily and a bunch of cool end game bosses. If you're a fan of JRPGS, don't miss this masterpiece.

I played the original Persona 5 and enjoyed every bit of it. This one adds even more story and QOL improvements that make it even better.

Fantastic RPG. I've never played the Persona series, so I was hesitant, but they really knocked it out of the park. 80 hours in and I don't even feel half way through it.

I loved the original Persona 5 and I'm enjoying royal just as well. With the new content, It could've been released as a DLC for the game and still got its point across.

One of the greatest games ever made. Do yourself a favor and check it out. There is a reason it's rated higher than God of War and Last of Us.

An amazing jRPG that continues the excellence of the Persona series overall. Lots to do, especially given this version of the game has been reworked with new content.

This game is really second to none. The characters and combat are terrific, and it has a memorable, stylish presentation.

I am 130 hours in and still enjoying this experience. The story is great and there may or may not be a fun twist. ;) I am not a JRPG guy, but this pulled me in.

Amazing game and with a ton of content. Love all of the character’s personalities throughout the game. Persona Strikers doesn’t hold a candle to this game.

Great game, so much fun. I just wish i had time to properly play this. This is a monster of a game. Insane value for your money. Any RPG fan will love this game!

The graphics are great. I played it everyday and beat it, but started again finding more items i never found the first time. Which makes this game play better.
