Probably one of if not the best rpg of the year and one of the better persona games imo

I really do love this game. It’s extremely intricate and detailed in depicting the life of student/ person in the world. Plus if you like the kept genre this a must have for the ps4. It’s difficult to explain the game. So you’ll have try it out.

If you like adventure fighting games this should keep you entertained . Great game for teenagers.

Long, in depth game with way more to see and do than I could even manage. Plus multiple game modes. VERY anime style (if the cover didn't already give that away). You will get LOTS of hours of playtime from this.

Excellent game if you're a fan of the Persona Series you will enjoy this playstation hit. If your new to the franchise think of this as a Pokemon turn based game with more mature story elements.

Picked this up after the Smash Ultimate announcement, and I hate I didn't pick this game up earlier. I was going to wait to see if it got ported to the Switch, but I'm so glad that I didn't wait now. It's the best jrpg since Fire Emblem Awakening.

I'm gonna be honest... this game is far better than any of the reviews usually begin to scratch. If you enjoy anything even remotely close to Japanese culture or RPGs in general you're going to have a hard time not putting 100 hours in this game.

I had never played a Persona game before this one, but with the limited mount of hours played, I can safely say this is one of the best games to come from Japan in years. If you've played Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth 1 or 2, this game should feel pretty familiar.

I haven’t finished the game, only the first palace. But I’m loving it. It’s a slow burn, and they take a lot of time setting up the characters. This makes the flow of the game feel very believable. Also, as far as turn based games go, the combat is pretty fun.

Persona 5 has a lot of story and sometimes you will go hours without battling. That is both good and bad. The game is not for Young audiences as it covers many adult topics. It won't be for everyone but if you enjoy jrpg then you most likely will enjoy Persona 5.

I poured about 145 hours into this game, and I am not much of a JPRG fan. However, this game has immense style, a great story, fun combat, and overall a cheerful group of characters. This is hands down one of the few games I think everyone needs to play.

Persona 5 is a very fun JRPG. It's also a great starting point if you've never played the other Persona games.

This is the first Persona game I have played and I am impressed. The music, aesthetics, and voice acting create a compelling game that is fun to play. I generally am not interested in JRPG style games, but have found this to be an essential for anyone with a PS4.

I tend to love RPG and action games, and had heard a great deal about Persona 5. Picked it up expecting it to be easy to jump into, but it took me some time to get into it. Very anime-oriented, and visually different than most games I tend to play, the fighting mechanism threw me a bit initially, as well as some of the story progress. However, after an hour or so of continuous play, it became second nature and the complexity and layers of the game were really enjoyable.

My son really likes this anime game as he and his friends can't stop playing it.

I cannot recommend this game enough. Don't worry if you've never played another Persona game, because this was my first entry in the series as well, and it was endless fun. You don't need much if any knowledge of previous games to completely enjoy this game.

It was nice to see the turn based back in the game since playing FF games for ages and persona 5 is my first in the series. What I love about this game is there are so much things you can do and you can definitely tell lots of love was put in the game.

Excellent game with a very crisp, action and japanimation/comic feel to it. High paced, action game with a dark and noire like feel to it. Do yourself a favor and play this game, outside the box for the other cookie cutter games out there

FF15 was a huge disappointment. I though JRPG is done for. Yet, I found Persona 5. Its deep game mechanism and vivid storytelling combined with cool visual elements made it the only flagship of JRPG for this year, and arguable the best we have ever seen.

Persona 4 Golden on Vita was one of my favorite JRPGs of all time, so I was excited about the release of this game. Due to real life interference, I had to wait a bit to give this game the attention it deserves, but it's been well worth the wait.
