I have almost 20 hours in and I'm having a great time. I dont love it as much as I love P5R but its the same characters and different so thats nice

The game is pretty simple. It seems like a one button mash kinda game but adds a few other mechanics to definitely make them interesting.

My game of the year. Must play for fans of Persona 5. The hack and slack dynasty warriors style works surprisingly well and the story is surprisingly meaty.

I had to put this game down during the first jail as it wasn't really meshing with me, but when I picked it back up a couple months later I was HOOKED. I love these characters so much and once you get over trying to be perfect with all of the button combinations, the game is incredibly fun. Going on a road trip with my friends to places in Japan I definitely can't visit during a pandemic was VERY fun. They even try to help you learn more about the local history and traditions with each location, which was a really nice touch.

Great follow-up game to persona 5! The gameplay is totally different but still has the same stylish presentation as the original game!

persona game recommended. If love the new characters in the game. Must play persona 5 first though

This game is a bit difficult to start, but it is fun if you enjoy Dynasty Warriors-style games. The gameplay is straightforward, combos are easy enough to pull off and the dodge mechanic allows you to evade almost every attack. The main issue is that every dungeon, while they look different, seems to be very similar in the way the game is played. It could get a bit dull for some who are not interested in Persona or Dynasty Warriors.

A worthy spinoff for the series, that adds fun and intriguing storylines from the Persona 5 universe.

If you like the Dynasty Warriors series this is for you. I didn't know it was a direct sequel though.

Fun, stylish, and fast paced JRPG. For fans of the main Person 5 game and real time battle systems.

Fine warriors-style game, but relies heavily on you caring about the characters of Persona 5.

I really enjoyed where they took the story after the first game. Change up in gameplay from RPG to Musou (Koei Tecmo's Warriors Series) at first may seem like a drastic change but actually fits for a Persona game. Although with the change in game genre it does not have the daily management of choosing how to spend your time like other Persona games and is more streamlined with the days passing just being part of the game's progression of the story.

Nice spin on the dynasty warriors formula, however, this isn’t the P5 sequel I was really hoping for. It definitely feels more rpg than a standard musou game and it does carry on the P5 story, but you need to know that you’re not getting a real persona game.

More RPG than Mussou unfortunately, but if you're a P5 fan, you'll love that stuff.

Fun game, and a different take on on the franchise. Would recommend if you're a fan of the series.
