I bought the Pet Cube as a gift for my husband and we are both getting a huge kick out of it. We like all he various features, like being able to speak to the animals through the cube, getting notifications when there is a lot of movement, and being able to save short recordings.

This seemed like a great concept: entertain kitty whilst I'm away so she doesn't bore. In reality, however, it wasn't much more than a remote enabled laser pointer. And even that wasn't exactly up to par.

Got one didn't work. After hours on the phone talking to people who barely speak English ( not even exaggerating) wanting to do a rediculouse amount of tests with no success they sent another. Received another and that one was in even worse condition and did not work. Cool item but don't waste your time. Overpriced and does not work. The people on YouTube who say it's great are paid to do so.

I didn't regret getting this item. It connects me to my dogs even when I'm at work or doing something else outside the house. It gives me peace of mind that they're doing fine at home because I see them from my smart phone and I get to play and talk to them remotely.

Really buggy interface. Somewhat difficult to see the dot on the screen if the room is bright. Should work fine in a dimly lit room. Really need to view this on a tablet sized screen.

I love the idea of being able to keep an eye on my pets. Works great! The only complaint is the sound when your talking to your pets cuts in and out and sometimes not real clear. Probably is the internet connection...

Had a difficult time setting up with my internet. I couldn’t. I am usually able to get this done. Frustrating. Took back camera.

I wasn't impressed with the pet cube, poor video quality. It's way over priced for a simple camera.

This is a great little cube, however, it is not compatible with a 5G network. Wish they would upgrade their product so everyone could use it. I was very disappointed and had to return it.

Couldn’t get this to connect to my wifi. Didn’t have the correct ghz. Oh well, that’s my bad. I’m sure it’s a good product.

When I first received the Petcube Play camera, I had some high expectations. Upon unboxing the camera, I was surprised at how small and compact the entire product was. It can be placed almost anywhere while in use and needs very little room for storage. It is very sleek looking and will fit in any home with any decor. Setup was very simple for the most part. The directions were very clear but for some reason I was not able to connect the Petcube to my Android phone. I tried several times but eventually decided to try with my iOS device which connected almost instantly. Using the app was also quite simple. I placed the Petcube on my dining room counter facing towards the living room and I must say that I was quite impressed with the image quality. I was also impressed with the amount of room coverage the camera provides. I was not expecting to be able to view an entire room clearly with such a small device. My favorite feature was being able to hear and speak to my dogs. At first, they were quite confused and almost nervous when hearing our voice but they did get use to it. I love that I am able to speak to them or even correct them if they start getting into things while I'm away. One of my dogs absolutely enjoys laser pointers so this was a great feature to include. I love that I am still able to interact so much with them while not at home. The laser pointer did seem glitchy at times. It would almost freeze or jump when trying to move it around which was a little frustrating. I have enjoyed being able to record videos and take photos of them using this. Overall, I think this is a great product. My dogs are just like my children and having the Petcube to check on them is comforting especially when we are away for extended time like vacations. It's also great to just check on the home all together like a security system. The concept of this product was excellent. I do think there could be a few minor changes like the laser pointer issues which I've seen others have. I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Petcube. I was skeptical based on some negative reviews, specifically regarding wifi connectivity. However, there have been no issues and we have been very hapy.

Didn’t work. Petcube sucks. Spent and hour trying to figure it out. Doesn’t reset, called customer service and they didn’t help at all.

I purchased the Petcube, but was never able to enable the hookup. I spent endless hours on the phone with Petcube customer service & was finally told to return the unit to them for replacement. So, this review is based on the non-working unit. The customer service folks at Petcube were very willing to help, so I give them a high rating, but the review on the unit itself is still out.

Mostly use to see what my dogs do when I’m not home. Great for when they get their head into something they’re not suppose to, love being able to talk to them!

Helps me keep tabs on my puppy when I'm away at work or out. He loves the laser. Only issues is that calibration on laser is a bit off even after calibrating.

The pet cube is a stroke of genius especially with the laser pointer. Motion sensor notifies me when my cat is around. Also let's me know when he is in the literbox
