When I first received this product the size of it caught me by surprise. It was smaller than I thought which in my opinion is better. I placed the petcube in my living room and the first time I turned it on I was amazed at the wide angle of the camera and the quality. The first night while laying in bed I used it to play with my two cats with the built in laser pointer. The app works as it should even though sometimes when you launch the app you have to go into settings first and then back out to be able to have it connect. The app also stores any recorded video or pictures you take with the petcube which you can then share with family and friends. I would say the best feature for this product would be the ability to use it like a security camera. Like I said it has a wide angle camera, the ability to see at night as it switches into night mode when its too dark in the room. Also you have the option to turn on two way audio. You can talk to you animals or other people and they can talk to you through this option. Overall this is a great product with great camera quality and features. Definitely worth a buy if you want to check in on your pets at home or have the need for a security camera in the home.

The PetCube is relatively complicated to set up but once engaged the app/cube are easy to navigate/operate. We were unable to share and had to reset for each individual device which was a nuisance. The wide angle lens is surprisingly clear even in low light. The microphone records well but the speaker is tinny. The compact size and black color are discreet and privacy could easily be compromised. We have time-lapse recorded our collie at home before, so no surprises there. We did not expect her to engage with the laser but we thought she would react more to our voices beyond just raising her head. She's allowed on the couch and does well guarding the house home alone, so nothing really to monitor. But I think the PetCube would be good for monitoring problem behavior and interaction between several pets.

Set up our new PetCube Play with no difficulty and immediately impressed w compact size. Upon downloading the free app, was delighted by sharp, clear image, audio, night vision and fun laser toy, which thrilled our 2 dogs. What a great tool for checking in on our pets-- peace of mind.

This is purrfect for me to check in on my foster kittens!! I got to see what shenanigans they were up to at night, and could monitor how much each shy kitten was eating when I wasn’t around. So fun to see them interact with the laser pointer! Night vision is good quality!

My cats love the petcube! Endless fun chasing the laser. Cube is easy to set up and app is simple to use. Great to be able to interact with them during long days at work. Highly recommend.

I’ve had my Pet Cube Play for a few weeks now, and both my cats and I have really enjoyed it so far. One of the greatest things is that it gives me something to look forward to at work: taking a little break to check in on my cats and play with them remotely! They always seem especially intrigued when the laser starts moving without their human there to make it happen. And I love being able to see them from afar, and know that they are receiving some playtime and stimulation during their day. The only negative that I’ve noted is that the control of the laser via my phone is a little clunky. However, I’m still able to control it, and the cats go crazy for it! Overall though, my cats and I are very happy with our Pet Cube Play. Thank you for making this very cool product! Anyone who loves their pets will enjoy using it!

Couldn't be happier with my Petcube! I have a French Bulldog, which are known for being lazy, and I thought that she wouldn't pay attention to the laser. What a mistake that was! She goes crazy for it and it's a good way to get her up and out of bed throughout the day. The wide angle of the lens gives great coverage, the image is amazing, and is still impressive in the dark. The app is very user friendly and works great, love that there's a social media component to it too. I would certainly recommend this for all loving pet parents who want to keep an eye on their fur baby's during the day.

The Petcube is a nice item to have if you have pets that are at home during the day or when you are away from home. I found the camera and video to be of good quality. If your pet love to chase a laser then the laser feature that allows you to control it when away from home. The two way audio is also a neat feature that comes with the PetCube. Although the two way audio is nice to talk to your pet it also allows you to listen to the things going on in your home when you are not present. found that it also works good for relaying messages to kids when you are away. All in all this is a good product to have if you are a pet owner who is away from home quite often.

I love my PetCube! My work is not a pet friendly place, so having this is a godsend. It allows me to keep tabs of my dogs and interact with them while i am far away at work.

as soon as i leave my dogs, i miss them. the petcube is amazing and allows me to feel connected and calmed when i'm not there. the quality of the camera is incredible and i love the night vision! no need to leave lights on bright so you can see your dogs because the quality with the night vision is so crisp. now i'm actually a little excited to leave them just so i can watch them and see their secret life!

Overall, this pet camera is pretty cool. We went up north his weekend and had a pet sitter who came throughout the day. While they were gone, I was able to see my dogs. It does have a very good picture! Extremely easy to set up. Couple wishes: I wish this was able to pivot around a room so you can scan the entire room. Our baby monitor has this feature. I wish it could be battery operated if you wanted. This way you don't have to position by an outlet.

This simple little cube has brought hours of fun for both my cat and I ( and others ). The image quality is great and seems to broadcast very smoothly on cell network. It's great for any pet owners that may be concerned for their pets well-being while away. The interactive laser is a LOT of fun to play with and the night vision allows for night time play as well.

The Petcube is very high quality and the overall build of the product is pristine. The design is very sleek and does not take up much room. The bottom of the Petcube has a tripod slot for you to be able to place it at the perfect height. The camera itself has a pretty wide lens, making it ideal to place at a corner of the room. Furthermore, I have tested this with a wattmeter, and it barely consumes 1-2 Watts! The power consumption is surprisingly low for something that can output 1080p video over wifi. I know I'll be leaving this on for long hours without worrying about the electricity bill. The Petcube application also has a very good community with plenty of pets to view and play with. Furthermore, the friend network system is very well built so that you can limit privacy where needed or wanted. Overall, I'm very impressed at the build quality, low power consumption, and the app community around Petcube!

The product is pretty good. Clear camera. I like how you're able to communicate with your pets they can hear you and you can hear anything they're doing. The cat loves playing with the laser however the dog isn't too fond of it. But it's nice to see what they're doing making sure they're safe and not getting into anything they shouldn't be. Overall it's a nice product to have.

pleasantly surprised had this product set up, installed and working in less than 5 minutes great product for stalking your pets and seeing when your away what they are up to and what mischief they are getting into... Love when I travel I can see what they are doing and talking to them and watching them look everywhere for my voice!

The Petcube is a good idea in theory, but unfortunately failed to "wow" me. For the price of this product, I expected a consistent connection from the cube to the app, but that wasn't the case. 9/10 times I check in on my puppy the app is only able to provide a still picture, no vide; even when I'm 100% connected to WiFi, and have no issues with other apps. I also don't think the picture quality is that good for the cost of this item. I will say, when the cube/app do work, it's fun to play with your pet, using the laser, and does help me relax when I'm out knowing my puppy is OK.

At first I was very thrilled at getting the Pet cube Play to watch my dog and cat while I wasn't home. Setup was very easy, (connecting to wi-fi and to the app), but, unfortunately I found the app was confusing and difficult to use and control settings. I turned the laser setting on (after trying to find it) to play with my cat automatically when it detected motion. It was only at night when my cat actually acknowledged the light. During the day I was always worried that the camera would detect me and point me in the eye. Although this did not happen it is always safe to know when a laser is pointing at spots in the room. All in all, in was fun at first to use the Petcube, but not worth the price overall.

The camera was super easy to set up. It did give us some issues with its set up and not working with 2 of our android devices. We finally figured it out after a couple of weeks of researching. It works great and love the play feature with the red laser. It's a good way to keep an eye on your fur babies when not home.

Great for dropping in on our pets while at work! We have multiple pets and throughout the day we can keep an eye on their activities. We can also speak to them if they are causing trouble. The cat loves the laser pointer feature. Works very well.

I am so happy that I got the PetCube! It is awesome! Not only can I watch my pet from work, I can play with them too! It has a laser that you can use from your smartphone, that projects from the cube all over the room (wherever you choose) so my cats/dogs can chase after it to keep them entertained. It also allows me to listen to my pets and I can talk to them while I am gone. Me & my pets are having a blast with this. Also, you can set it to private or not & if not, you can allow others to view and play with your pets to keep them busy. I spent a whole day last week playing with other peoples pets & keeping them entertained! (Yes, I entertained myself as well). So, if you are looking for a great way to keep your pets entertained & keep an eye on them as well, then the Pet Cube is for you! I love it and would for sure recommend!
