Amazing espresso maker! No need to go to Starbucks or the coffee shops anymore! What I make at home is just as good or better than what I get at the coffee houses! Definitely buy!

I waited over a year to buy a super automatic espresso machine. Specifically I wanted one that steamed milk automatically. Also, while I enjoy a good cup off coffee and I think Starbucks is garbage, I am not an espresso snob. Nonetheless, I have been very happy with this purchase and wish I had bought it sooner. I have zero complaints so far and I have had some coffee snobs impressed with the quality of the espresso. It hasn't been more than a month so I can't speak to the reliability but I have had a saeco machine before (Philips teamed up with them in building this) and they are reliable/ easy to work on. Also, I f ind the milk dispenser to be a great design which is easy to clean.

This is an excellent machine. It does take at least 30 cups before it is "tuned in". Also the volume it makes each time is much less than the standard coffee machine. No big deal, just run the cycle twice.

Great compact machine that makes excellent coffee any way you like it. Very easy to use plus low maintenance. Saves a lot of money compared to coffee shops and don’t have to deal with pods like other machines.

At first this machine was intimidating but after a few days I figured out how to use it. I love it ! It makes really fresh coffee and lattes , and it makes the process so easy.

Really enjoying this! Makes wonderful drinks and is easy to use after a little practice. Unfortunately mine was missing the hard water test that was supposed to be enclosed.

Best machine ever! Very easy to use and very diverse in its ability for a variety of drinks. Best feature is that the beans are freshly ground per each drink.

The only major issue i habe with this machine is sometimes air can get caught in the tank for seemingly no reason, and you have to re-set the water tank in the machine for coffee to brew properly.

Its a bit loud, but overall not louder than breville we had. Coffee tastes consistently good, i sold my brewville because taste was inconsistent, this machine takes guess work out of coffee.

Great tasting coffee, and the foam is perfect. The only thing that can be a little annoying is when you have a larger coffee cup you have to brew multiple cups. There's no issue when you have whole beans since the machine will automatically grind another batch of grounds for the second brew. When you have pre ground coffee you have to brew a cup then refill the machine with grounds to brew another. Also never put more than one scoop of grounds. Not even a little bit more. The machine will dump the grounds because it doesnt fit and you will get hot water in your cup.

Makes great coffee and is easy to use. My only complaint is that it doesn’t fill the cup even at Max setting. This isn’t a real big deal but a bit of an inconvenience.

Fantastic machine. My wife always wanted a full-scale espresso machine, and this one was significantly less in cost than Breville or other brands, yet we think its functionality is much better

Makes coffee tastier and is easy to use, only thing is that it can’t connect to anything and can’t be programmed

Certainly convenient and makes ok espresso, nothing great. It's mostly just strong coffee. Unfortunately, the steam solenoid gave out at exactly the 2 and 1/2 year mark, rendering half the functions unusable.

Great machine. Got good options for different types of coffee. A little loud but overall very happy with it.

not only does this make great espresso but it also makes a mean espresso martini! Comes out smooth and creamy. Easy to clean and maintain, we updated from a similar machine.
