Great coffee machine! Easy to use and clean. We have not used the latte setting yet but the others work well! Coffee tastes amazing and fresh!

I love this machine.... when it works. Originally, i purchased this from amazon and it came broken out of the box. After many hours of run around and "troubleshooting" from Philips over the phone, they agreed to replace it. It was a brick. Cut to two months later and im still anxiously checking the tracking. I couldnt take it anymore. I broke down and bought a replacement at Best Buy because it was gonna get homicidal in my uncaffeinated household and we all really wanted to get away from the waste making pod machines and switch to a superautomatic. This one, the one I'm reviewing, seemed to work perfectly. For the first month or so there wasnt an issue and we all enjoyed delicious coffee. Crisis resolved! Now, however, the thing leaks. Its not a huge issue, its a slow leak. But the already small water compartment is almost always empty when you want a cup, taking away from the convenience factor. Plus, theres the issue of the water all over my counters and floor. I probably should call and arrange a fix or replacement of this one too, but honestly, im scared of the consequences of another round of coffee-free family so close to the last. If you are a gambler, buy this machine. Because when it works, its amazing.

I am enjoying this gadget. It takes some time to tweak the settings to be sure your drink comes out to your taste. I think the options to customize are ample without being overwhelming or confusing. The milk container is easy to clean - however, because it's plastic and exposed to high heat,I expect it to break before the device does, so I would expect most owners will have to replace it along the way. I don't look forward to having to grease the system, but the directions make it clear that will be necessary to keep it running.

Love this coffee maker. If I have any complaint it would be that the coffee and water doesn’t get hot enough. Otherwise it’s great.

This coffee maker is fantastic. It has been easy to use after a little learning curve flavoring my drinks I’m never going to the coffee shop again. I do wish for a few things I.e. and easy way to double the milk based drinks, and control over heat, and grind. Outside of those minor things though I could ask for more. I certainly haven’t seen anything this capable in the price range though. Under $1000 I don’t think there is a better machine available.

Certainly convenient and makes ok espresso, nothing great. It's mostly just strong coffee. Unfortunately, the steam solenoid gave out at exactly the 2 and 1/2 year mark, rendering half the functions unusable.

I have had this machine for over a year now. Previously used $3000+ dollar super automatics, and separate grinder/espresso setups. This machine is amazing. Easy to clean, pulls great reliable shots all the time. I can't say enough good things about it. Get one and save yourself thousands of dollars.

Easy to use, makes an excellent cup of coffee/espresso. My wife was able to make almond milk cappuccinos easily as well

This machine is very easy to use. Do not be afraid if the extra costs for all the maintenance fluids, etc. It is so small in the grand scheme of things and you will not need to perform the maintenance as often as instructed. I just ran through a few after 6 months to see how it would go and I will not need to buy the extras for about another 18 months. This machine is perfect for a few cups of coffee as the milk carafe is smaller than most machines, but easy to fill, maintain/clean and reattach.

Use it everyday. The sound is pretty loud, but makes great coffee. Lattego function is not really necessary.

We love this espresso machine. Super user friendly and makes a great cappuccino and latte!! Saving lots of money not buying coffee:-)

I bought this machine with a ton of reservations. I have had it a week now and I can say this is the best purchase I have ever made. I hate to admit it but I love Starbucks coffee and this machine is the closest thing you can get to a good cup of Starbucks. If you really like coffee spend the money trust me. The machine works really fast and comes out very hot. I still haven’t figured out how the milk frother works but who cares. It works fast and good. Anyway I’m short one solid awesome machine.

I love the machine it froths well my biggest complaint is how much i feel like im wasting, the machone dispenses such a small amount of coffee that i feel like i have to make three servings just to fill my normal sized coffee cup, for that reason ill be returning the machine. I do however highly reccomend to those who do enjoy the 6 oz macchiatos, or cappicinos!

Very easy to use machine. Just push the button wait a minute and enjoy. Practically no cleanup - only from time to time you have to remove the used coffee grains and water accumulated after self cleanup. Each coffee cup comes out delicious. We experimented with whole milk, creamers, almond milk and it’s coming out foamy and delicious. You can use whole beans (better taste) or ground coffee, caffeinated or decaf, with or without milk.

Have been watching automatic latte machines for a while now. Finally bought the "small" Jura last year and ended up sending it back. Continued watching...wasn't sure this one would be right for us, but when I found it on sale, I jumped. Best decision ever! Absolutely enjoying it. Very easy to use and clean. Wish the milk container was a little larger, but more stable; have knocked it off a couple times. Also wish it had a storable lid, so I could put it in the fridge...
