I bought this machine with a ton of reservations. I have had it a week now and I can say this is the best purchase I have ever made. I hate to admit it but I love Starbucks coffee and this machine is the closest thing you can get to a good cup of Starbucks. If you really like coffee spend the money trust me. The machine works really fast and comes out very hot. I still haven’t figured out how the milk frother works but who cares. It works fast and good. Anyway I’m short one solid awesome machine.

My wife is a huge coffee lover, and this basically brought a Starbucks into our home. We both love it. We can easily make any drink we’d like in a few minutes. Cleaning and maintenance is straightforward, and the coffee it makes is amazing. Would definitely recommend, if you can afford it, because it is NOT cheap. But if you’re willing to save up for a while, it’s definitely worth it in the long run.

Have been watching automatic latte machines for a while now. Finally bought the "small" Jura last year and ended up sending it back. Continued watching...wasn't sure this one would be right for us, but when I found it on sale, I jumped. Best decision ever! Absolutely enjoying it. Very easy to use and clean. Wish the milk container was a little larger, but more stable; have knocked it off a couple times. Also wish it had a storable lid, so I could put it in the fridge...

This machine is very simple to use and does a great job of frothing the milk.

I've had this espresso maker for about a month and a half now. I enjoy the ease of making good coffee. It took me a little bit to dial in the machine to get the flavor I was after. You have a lot of options to how strong or how full you want your espresso, coffee, cappuccino, etc. Cleanup is simple from a day to day basis. I do a more thorough cleaning once a week.

This is a great coffee maker. You can buy more expensive but I don’t think you can buy better. Easy to clean and brew

Just buy it. Stop wasting time and money with a Keurig. The coffee on those things suck! This machine is extremely good. My favorite feature is the gasketed cover for the bean tray. This gives it a vacuum tight seal and the beans remain fresh. I've used machines from other brands before and none of them had this feature. BIG PLUS. The latte feature is also a massive plus and is so easy to use.
