The guts are the same as the two very expensive Saeco machines I've purchased in the past, but the ergonomics for filling liquids and cleaning has been improved. Be warned, don't judge the coffee on first cup, it takes a while to break in and get consistence good flavor. Should have few more options (Buttons) to programs your one coffee and milk frother

Expensive but WORTH it!

It's expensive, yes, however, I was spending 10+$ a day at a local shop on coffee. Since the purchase, I have only brewed my own. This machine is literally paying for itself! The coffee is delish and being able to make other drink types was a hit at Thanksgiving!

Ditch the pods - this is the real deal!

After looking at what we were spending on pods vs. the cost of this machine, we figured it will pay for itself within the warranty period! Bonus is this thing makes *excellent* coffee - much better than what we were getting from pods Highly recommended!

It did not take long to set up and it has been used multiple times a day. The lattes taste great and it is very easy to clean and set up for the next day. This machine is going to save huge amounts of money! My coffee house people have wondered where I went! Black Friday prices made this choice for us hands down. I would highly suggest this machine to anyone!

The taste is strong and bold which I prefer as well. The milk feature isn’t great. Milk doesn’t get as hot as I wish and I wish water container could be bigger. You won’t get that Starbucks or “quality “ cup of latte with this machine.

This is bye far the easiest best machine me and my family have enjoyed . Highly recommend it . The Sales guy at Best Buy recommend taking a look after I had my eye on a much more expensive machine we need to get for our vacation home . He highly recommend it and I’m glad he did .
