I decided to buy this machine as a replacement for another brand. I only have it for a month and there are things that concern me . - Number one is the fact that even though there is a wide water container put under the spouts for the dripping - there is still a lot of water cumulating in the tray - and this is happening on ongoing basis. It makes no sense to me and the only explanation is that it is leaking somewhere. - Second issue- coffee pots come out very wet and not very condensed - which is the opposite of what my last machine did. When the brewing process was done, the coffee that was used came out of the machine very dry and very dense. And yes, I am using the highest aroma setting. - Thirdly, the little black cover on top of the milk container is not sitting in place - it has no stable attachment to the container and basically flies off every time the container is used. As a result it is very easy to loose it. - BestBuy allows returns only for 15 days. Given that it took 3 or 4 days for the machine to get to me, that gave me only 11 days to use to see if there are any issues. Now, with the issues described I have to go through Philips to address them - not even a full month after the purchase. I am nit happy with that at all. - Next, the unit is all plastics .... and I mean all .... - The power switch is touch based and in my case it has to be touched several times before the machine turns on - very disappointing. In conclusion, this is an average product and nothing spectacular, and there are other machines as good or better that this. I wouldn’t buy this unit again.

This is an excellent super espresso machine and makes very good cappuccinos. The guts are the same as the two very expensive Saeco machines I've purchased in the past, but the ergonomics for filling liquids and cleaning has been improved.

This machine seems difficult to use but it’s actually rather simple. The way it functions is relatively easy and the coffee drinks it produces are extremely tasty. Ease of use and cleaning make it a must buy. We use it everyday and it works great. Very happy with purchase.

Makes a great expresso. Maybe a little higher maintenance than expected.

I've had this item for over a year now and I have to say it's paid for itself. The quality of the coffee it makes is as good as a 5-6 dollar coffee. We make 2 a day - over 300 times and it still works great. The only thing is you have to clean and maintain, but that's any coffee machine.

Wow this thing is amazing! If you can catch it on sale, it's an incredible deal!! It saves a lot of money over the expensive pods, and my wife and I are using it every single day. Has a lot of options for drinks, and the system is relatively easy to use.

Good coffee and easy to use but it uses a LOT of the coffee beans.

Excellent options for coffee choices with easy to use functions. Dependable unit with easy cleaning and setup. Fast brewing and heating so coffee is perfect temperature. Must make a few preference adjustments so your unit breaks in its brewing cycle. Milk crate is best feature with easy attachment and easy cleaning.

It makes good coffee but its grinder won't last a year. We had it serviced but even the fixed one work only for two weeks.

I wasn’t sure about spending so much money on a coffee machine, but after careful review I bought one. I work from home since Covid-19 and this has been a game changer. Makes great coffee and multiple options. The auto milk frothed is so convenient and easy. If it broke in the future I will not hesitate to buy a replacement.

Never buying any chain stores coffees again in my life. This machine is the bestest ever. So quick to make coffee. I drink 9 cups a of JAVA a day and this machine does the job like a pro! Luv it. Expensive but definitely worth the price. Last 4 months this machine paid for itself.

Love, love love my new coffee pot. Good bye Starbucks!!! The only thing I think to improve this product would be a bigger water tank. All the features work wonderfully! The price compared to other coffee machines is way less and the coffee is delicious!
