I have all the best much more expensive expresso makers that are upwards of 4 to 5 thousand . This is bye far the easiest best machine me and my family have enjoyed . Highly recommend it . The Sales guy at Best Buy recommend taking a look after I had my eye on a much more expensive machine we need to get for our vacation home . He highly recommend it and I’m glad he did .

My wife is Super Super Happy! This machine has totally changed her coffee routines and decreased her trips to Starbucks/Local Craft Coffee Joints. Its easy to use, clean, and honestly its not that loud when it runs. Its so much less complicated than the others in this category, what with their levels and separate tools and whatnot.

Only issue I have with this is ours will not use grounds to brew the coffee, when you put the grounds in, it dumps them and proceeds to grind the beans in the hopper, even when you select the grounds mode. Maybe just a one off issue on our end.

I decided to buy this machine as a replacement for another brand. I only have it for a month and there are things that concern me . - Number one is the fact that even though there is a wide water container put under the spouts for the dripping - there is still a lot of water cumulating in the tray - and this is happening on ongoing basis. It makes no sense to me and the only explanation is that it is leaking somewhere. - Second issue- coffee pots come out very wet and not very condensed - which is the opposite of what my last machine did. When the brewing process was done, the coffee that was used came out of the machine very dry and very dense. And yes, I am using the highest aroma setting. - Thirdly, the little black cover on top of the milk container is not sitting in place - it has no stable attachment to the container and basically flies off every time the container is used. As a result it is very easy to loose it. - BestBuy allows returns only for 15 days. Given that it took 3 or 4 days for the machine to get to me, that gave me only 11 days to use to see if there are any issues. Now, with the issues described I have to go through Philips to address them - not even a full month after the purchase. I am nit happy with that at all. - Next, the unit is all plastics .... and I mean all .... - The power switch is touch based and in my case it has to be touched several times before the machine turns on - very disappointing. In conclusion, this is an average product and nothing spectacular, and there are other machines as good or better that this. I wouldn’t buy this unit again.

I was Saeco automatic machine user for a long time and I liked it. So I was looking for Saeco but now Saeco was purchase by Philips. Brand was changed but Saeco technology is in this machine and even innovated. I love this machine and rhis does not require a high maintenance. It is awesome machine…..

Good coffee and easy to use but it uses a LOT of the coffee beans.

Excellent options for coffee choices with easy to use functions. Dependable unit with easy cleaning and setup. Fast brewing and heating so coffee is perfect temperature. Must make a few preference adjustments so your unit breaks in its brewing cycle. Milk crate is best feature with easy attachment and easy cleaning.

I wasn’t sure about spending so much money on a coffee machine, but after careful review I bought one. I work from home since Covid-19 and this has been a game changer. Makes great coffee and multiple options. The auto milk frothed is so convenient and easy. If it broke in the future I will not hesitate to buy a replacement.

Nice machine. I wish that the coffee was hotter. Ive adjusted the settings to the hottest one and it still gets cold quicky. Trying to figure out the correct ratio of coffee, water and milk has also been a challenge for some of the special drinks. Happy with purchase overall.

After to a of research, this espresso/coffee machine met all my needs. It makes a great espresso and coffee after a few adjustments to the grind and water pour levels. Now there is no need to hit a Starbucks or Peet’s for a latte or cappuccino. I can have a great cup at the tough of a button in the comfort of my home.
