This machine works flawlessly and produces great flavor from quality beans! The machine is used multiple times per day for over 1 month already and has not had any issues. It’s really well designed and easy to maintain. One tip for users is to place a sandwich bag in the used coffee receptacle. Makes cleanup very easy.

It makes good coffee but its grinder won't last a year. We had it serviced but even the fixed one work only for two weeks.

I'm not a coffee expert by any means and I had the saeco xsmall unit before the Philips 3200, which I really enjoyed. But i have to say, the 3200 is quick and easy and provides more options. I've had it about a month and it's not complicated and i like the final result. I would recommend to anyone looking in this price range.

I bought one for myself last year, loved it so much, My family picthed in to get one for a present for a familiy member. easy to clean by far quietier than other espresso machines only con is that it doesnt have a fearure just to steam milk.

This machine prepares delicious capucchinos, and it is VEEEEERY easy to clean. I think I dont have to Starbucks never again. Also it was 2 features that I like. * Aqua clean, it cleans itself * Auto turn off. I hope I could buy the next model, but this is just good enough for me.

I've been researching coffee machines for a while now and always had my eyes on the Juras but when this came out, I was really excited about the ease for maintenance and the price! It's a steal for a super automatic and its made by Saeco! I've had it for about 2 months now and enjoy a fresh coffee or two daily.

Excellent product. The ease with which you can clean the milk dispensing unit is the key with this product. Other companies like Jura have tubing which is a pain to clean. This one is easily hand or machine washed.

This machine is great. A friend of ours bought it and we loved it so much that we purchased our own, and we are both very happy with it. It is a great value, and I am writing this review 7 months after the purchase and we are still very happy with it. Definitely recommend!

not cheap but it is a great coffee maker. makes wonderful cups of coffee. bad direction's confusing. does not include any direction`s or how-to make the different cups of coffee do a lot of YouTube for that. but overall love the coffee maker

Absolutely love this machine. It saves us so much money by not going to coffee shops during the week. Make sure to read the owners manual as that shares a lot of helpful information on use.

I have had this about a month now & I am very pleased with it. It works well, makes great coffee & lattes. It is quite fast & the milk frother attachment is great & easy to clean. I wish it held more water or could have a water line.

This was an early birthday gift for my wife. She loves it and our adult kids do too. She loves that it will heat milk for foam and that she only needs coffee beans and not K-Cups.

We love this coffee machine. Just don't use dark roasted coffee. For those who likes cappuccino, I found my version. first press espresso button and then press cappuccino. You will see a difference.

Love the ease and convenience of this machine, but after 18 months of frequent daily use it broke. I cared for the machine very well doing regular cleaning and maintenance. Sending back to Philips to see if they can refurbish it, but I'm now going to be back to my old drip machine for the time being. Not sure the lack of reliability makes this a good purchase for the price.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. He loves it! He has made me a latte twice and I can say They are very tasty. The coffee is really good. I can only hope that this coffee maker will last a long time. I can say that this will save u a trip to your favorite coffee shop.

After 3 weeks of owning this gorgeous coffee machine, we have only great things to say about it - especially the milk brother. It makes great cappuccino or just regular coffee every time. Be sure to buy some good quality coffee to really enjoy its taste.

This machine is great when you are using Whole Bean coffee. I have tried all of different settings and the coffee is great. The problem is this machine will not use coffee grounds as advertised. When I put in ground coffee (as per the instructions from Philips Youtube video) the machine either doesn't make the coffee, or it makes to weakest coffee imaginable. If you are fine with just using 1 brand of whole bean coffee, this machine is great. If you want flexibility to use different types/flavors of coffee, I would steer clear of this machine.

We love our espresso machine! We specifically went with this product because we could use grounds to make brewed coffee if we weren’t in the mood for a latte, eliminating the need for another coffee machine. Quality of drinks is fantastic.

Awesome coffee and espresso machine. Every drink is available at the touch of a button. Easy to clean and maintain. The way the Philips manages the milk is genius. This has been such a convenience to have in the house for any coffee lover.

This is our 3rd coffee beverage brewer and unquestionably the best. Quality excellent and the bews are consistantly excellent too. One caution however, it is very LOUD and maint filters and solvent is pricey.
