Easy to use, just press buttons and high quality coffee/ espresso drink is in your hands. It does not beat a manual espresso machine that you can do latte art but for the laziness part of this machine I give it 2 thumbs up.

Love it! It’s so easy! Engineers nailed the milk frother! Designed in Europe, Built in Europe. Great Fresh Coffee. Expresso and Lattes are simply perfect. Look forward everyday to my morning coffee.

The only problem I find —- it’s a bit loud when u start the machine. Also I’m not too crazy when it has to purge water before you start getting your coffee & afterwards . Other than that it gives very smooth/ creamy delicious coffee. Thanks

Good quality, easy to use coffee machine, you can use all coffee beans or all ready ground coffee, put milk in container and just push the button of desired type of coffee

Great for the price. I bought for the office and so far everyone loves it. It take some playing around with the setting to get the drinks to your liking, but one it’s set it works great.

Died and went to Latte heaven! I don't have time to make fancy coffee drinks. The set it and forget it features are awesome. People always love the incredible coffee drinks I make.

Makes really good coffee, I wish it had even more adjustments for Water, Milk and Coffee amount to adjust to bigger or smaller cups. The 3 levels are good, but I think it needs more.

This machine worked like a charm until one week before her 1 year anniversary. We had amazing lattes every morning and were happy about it. We have only used original Philips Aqua filters and followed all cleaning protocols, I may add. Then, out of nowhere, the brewing process broke, all three service lights went on and since then no cleaning or servicing protocols helped. We can only get hot water in this $799 machine. Philips service took 2+ weeks to process a shipping label for us to send the machine to the service center for repairs. They say it will take 2-4 weeks to repair and then some time for return shipping. No replacements or refunds after 30 days from the purchase (great warranty). We’ve been without coffee for almost a month now but with a proud ownership of an expensive water warmer… It could have been a 5* review, but the longevity of this coffee machine and the quality of Philips service is disappointing, to say the least. Maybe we needed to look for a more reliable, non-Saeco brands to begin with.

I was hesitant at first and thought about buying a higher end model, but glad we bought this machine. Has quickly become a part of the family’s daily routine.

This has been a staple in our household, especially with busy mornings being dedicated to getting ready for work. Nothing beats ease-of-use, and you are definitely getting what you pay for here!

Great machine with many functions. Very easy to use but it does take some time to find the right grind setting. Be sure to assemble the milk holder properly or you'll have a mess to clean up!

Well worth the instant espresso and ready to go cappuccino when you need it. No fuss or waiting. We love it! But if you love regular coffee too you still need a regular drip coffee maker.

replace a jura automatic machine. make great coffee and the lattego is amazing for for latte and if you have clear coffee mugs you will see the layering that the machine creates with the lattego.

It is a great little all in one machine. Biggest selling points are the grinder and milk frother. Im no coffee expert by any means and could use it. The only drawback is that it is a very complicated machine.

I’ve been looking for something with these features for a while and nothing I’ve found compares to this. This is worth every penny. Only con is the size of the water carafe. However you do always have fresh water.

This is THE BEST AUTOMATIC ESPRESSO MACHINE. Extremely easy to setup. Using it is a breeze. This machine could clean itself with a touch of a button. Low and easy maintenance. I would highly recommend this machine.

Works well for the price range. However, if you're able to find the newer model with the customized drinks, go for that. It's a great product, reliable and reasonably priced.
