Got it as a gift to my wife. Ever since she is really happy. The whole house smells on coffee which is sooo good. The machine is easy to clean and maintain. The coffee is real- European style.

Espresso machine makes great coffee! My wife and I use this everyday and it never fails! Make sure to use light/medium roasted beans only.

Took a bit to get set up but that was expected. Makes a great cup of coffee and lattes are easy with the latte go milk container. Would recommend to anyone not wanting to pay 4 figures for an automatic machine

My first super automatic espresso machine. I use mostly cappuccino and latte settings. Makes perfect taking lattes. I can use different beans to try and different amount of beans in settings to adjust the strength.

Espresso drinks just like coffee shop! We replaced a machine from Saeco that was 5 years old and quit grinding correctly. This machine is so much more efficient and makes such awesome espresso and coffee!

This was probably the best purchase I've made all year. It may cost a bit up front, but you'll easily make your money back by not having to go out for coffee. It uses whatever non greasy beans you put in there, and the included water filter lasts a long time. Maintenance is pretty simple, do a basic cleaning of the water tray and grounds bin, and quick rinse of the brew unit and you're good to go. Once a month oil remover and touchup on the grease points. There are useful youtube videos from Philips that goes over all the procedures you need to know.

If you’re not a professional, but want to taste a quality coffee at home, this should be definitely in your cart!!! My family has been using it for a month, and we’re absolutely loving it every minute of it.

This is our first experience with an espresso machine. We didn't want to have to mess with the separate grinder and other accessories because that take a lot of counter space. This little box does a lot and it does it all for you!

Love love love this machine! The family uses it everyday daily. The latte is delicious with the stem milk and the ease of use of this makes it a wonderful item.

Works great. We absolutely love it. You will have to play with the settings to get it the way you want. And it keeps the mess to a minimum. It's all contained.

This Espresso Machin is really excellent. It can make really delicious cappuccinos with coffee bean (using its own grinder) or with ground coffee.

Makes full flavor and very hot espresso. But, it lacks the ability to froth milk without making latte based drinks. I like Americano with esteemed milk and cannot make it.

Get this after our trip to Italy so we could make nice espressos and capachins at home, and its been working fantastic.

As the only coffee drinker in the house, it is great to have each cup freshly brewed instead of coffee going stale in a pot. This machine is easy to use and easy to clean and maintain.

This is great. The frothing mechanism is really cool and works great. I wish for a way to do a frothed-milk-only cycle, and a way to switch out the beans in the hopper (decaf-to-regular). Other than th use missing features, this machine has worked great for me for the last month straight. It'll pay for itself if it lasts a year. The very first drink, and any one after which water runs out in the reservoir, will not be good. Keep the reservoir filled and everything will be fine.
