Can't find a single fault, love my frothy cappucinos. Similar machines retail for about double the price.

Excellent machine. What took some time was getting the grind right and using the right beans. The only negative is that there is some water wastage - it uses water to flush the machine when it powers up and down and so to be eco-friendly you may want to make all your coffees for your family in one session (to have one power up and one power down). We use it for cappuccinos, coffee, latte macchiato and Americano. One negative is that there are no profile or memory settings for the machine to remember individual preferences. The whole machine is made of plastic but looks good.

My husband thought I was crazy to buy but uses it every day and will tell everyone who will Listen how great it is! It is so easy to use and worth every penny!

Bought this to replace a similar espresso maker. It is so much a step up from the previous model I had. Simple and easy to use makes the morning latte quick and easy.

I love this machine. So easy just click what drink you want it makes it. Less fuss and cheaper than most espresso machines!

Fantastic coffee and latte machine! Took about 10 cups to brew for it to dial in but once it did amazing!

Machine is great, I do wish they offered a direct water supply… reservoir is a little small.

Unfortunately I was one of the select few that got a defective machine. I went through all set up procedures and it brewed a few cups of coffee, but was super loud and the drip tray kept filling up with water (after two brews). Before you jump on me, yes the water reservoir was connected fine after two days, the three warning lights were all flashing red. Unplugged, reset, went through the whole start up process, cleaned out the machine, cleaned out the internal part, and to no avail those three warning lights always kept blinking red. Manual said to call customer service, but at that point after two days, I just returned it then go through the hassle, as the machine clearly was defective. Best Buy staff was excellent when returning it.

Very good machine with a lot of coffee options. Especially latte and cappuccino are at coffee store quality. Recommend.

This thing will pay for itself in what it saves me from going to the "Big Name " places before I know it! Outstanding quality and its consistent.

This is an amazing product! My wife and I use it multiple times a day and only have to worry about refilling water daily, and the beans weekly. Keep in mind that it will take quite a number of cups of coffee for the machine to "get into its groove" and brew the perfect cup. I recommend joining forums specific to this model, as well as using the Phillips site and associated videos for the best support, as initial use can be confusing.

Makes some wonderful cups of coffee. Easy to use, some advanced settings. Cheaper than the coffee shop
