Phillips Latte

Luckily it was covered by extended warranty. It made great coffee and lattes when it worked. Very disappointing, our old Secco lasted 16years.

Unfortunately, I ended up returning it the next day because for whatever reason, it just wouldn't make my coffee correctly. Other than the espresso, all the drinks were extremely watered down. While it did say the first few drinks are meant to be "test drinks," I was really wasting my coffee once I spilled my tenth cup down the sink. The directions were also a bit difficult to understand because they were basically just pictures. I did rate three stars because the packaging for the machine was great, I do love the idea of a fully automatic machine and based on other reviews, the machine works for others.

I purchased this specifically for the latte function. The main downside for me is the feel of this product - it feels pretty cheap compared to a Breville machine this one is replacing. The coffee beans plate and the water tank don't click back into place as smoothly as Breville or other high end models.
