Great Automatic Espresso Machine
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Philips Espresso series 3200 with LatteGo is a one touch specialty coffee drink maker with integrated milk frother and coffee bean grinder. This machine can easily make 5 coffee shop quality drinks in moments including espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, coffee, and americano. I can’t start my day without my coffee so I was excited to try a new coffee maker. Unboxing the 3200 was a fairy simple matter. The machine comes well padded within the box and is conveniently wrapped in a plastic wrap with handles with which you can easily lift it from the box. Included in the box is the drip tray, the frother, a coffee scoop, water filter, tube of lubricant, water hardness test strip, and an instruction manual. The machine itself is a bit larger than I would have expected and measures 14.6 inches tall, 9.7 inches wide, and 17 inches deep and it weighs in at nearly 18 pounds. In an effort to avoid clutter I normally resist placement of kitchen appliances on my countertops but the LatteGo looks great displayed prominently. The majority of the 3200 is made of plastic but its design is sleek and stylish with a quality appearance and feel. The drip tray is metal and has a substantial feel to it. I consulted the manual as I proceeded to set the LatteGo up. One starts by filling the removable water reservoir and then you perform a clean cycle to prepare the machine for brewing. This only takes a few seconds. I then activated the included water filter by submerging it in water and then inserting it into the water reservoir. Next you press Aquaclean on the machine and it runs for about 30 seconds and drips about a half cup of water. The manual next has you test your water hardness with the included test strip. You are instructed to run the strip under water for 1 second and then read the strip for the results. Here I had my first issue as the strip didn’t appear to change. I thought I would try hot water and this seemed more effective but I had some difficulty deciphering the strip results. I was a bit disappointed that only one strip was included. I do however know the general hardness of my tap water so I proceeded to set it on the machine by pressing the water hardness button to the appropriate setting. The manual next instructs you to attach the milk frother. The frother comes in 3 pieces one clear plastic part which holds the milk, one black plastic side piece, and one lid. When all connected together it creates an ingenious tube free milk frother which attaches to the machine. It totally automates the frothing process by frothing and dispensing the froth to your milk based coffee drinks. Great feature! This tubeless design also makes for extremely simple cleanup as you just separate the pieces and rinse under water. I next set the water temperature. With setup complete I was eager to try the LatteGo. The machine includes a coffee grinder too which you fill at the top of the machine by removing the lid. The hopper holds about 12 ounces of beans. Inside the hopper is a 12 step dial where you can select the grind. The grinder is as one would expect a bit loud. To make a drink you simply select the drink button whether espresso, cappuccino, latter macchiato, coffee, or americano. There is also a hot water option. For the espresso, coffee, and americano you simply press the button twice to make a double. This is a great feature when you have guests or when you want more than one drink for yourself. For each drink you can also select aroma strength, size of drink, and the froth amount. With all these options one can customize drinks to your liking. I love this flexibility but do wish that these buttons were more clearly labeled. No doubt I’ll quickly learn them but they are initially a bit confusing. You can also use pre-ground coffee. I appreciate this option for when I may not want to grind coffee early in the morning when others are sleeping. There is a separate little flap on the lid where you add the scoop of pre-ground coffee. Overall I love this Philips Espresso 3200 LatteGo. I’ve tried all the drinks and love the ability to select whichever drink I’m in the mood for with a simple touch of a button. I only have to add milk to the frother if I’m having a milk based drink. Great frother too! Then the rest is automatic. The brew strength and brew temperature make for delicious results which are a huge improvement over any of my many prior home brewing coffee machines. Ultimately I’m a huge fan of having a coffee shop quality brew all from the convenience of my kitchen countertop.

(Probably) the BEST Simple-to-Use Latte Machine
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't write many 5-star reviews, but this one deserves it. I’ll admit, initially, I wasn’t certain how I would “review” an espresso machine, other than to say “it does what it’s supposed to do”, or “it failed at what it’s supposed to do”. However, the Philips LatteGo is more than just an “espresso machine”. If you’re used to using a Keurig for your daily morning coffee, the LatteGo won’t be too difficult to use. UNBOXING & INITIAL IMPRESSIONS: The first thing you see when you open the box is…the power cord. I know, this sounds strange, but it’s true. The next thing you notice is the VERY environmentally-friendly packaging…the unit is packed, on all sides, in wide-corrugated cardboard. For those who might have read my other reviews, you know I’m big on “environmentally-friendly” packaging…so, VERY well-done Philips. While the 3241 is the “bottom-of-the-line” for the 3200 series, it offers enough features to make it stand out above the 2100 series & 2200 series. SETUP: Setup is simple & fast, although some “assembly” IS required (although, any 10 year-old could probably figure it out without looking at the manual). After you’ve rinsed the unit out, filled the water tank, and attached the milk container & frother, and plugged it in, you’re (almost) ready to go. ADJUSTMENTS & USE: With the LatteGo, temperature can be set to ‘normal’, ‘high’, or ‘max’ (I didn’t check to see what the actual temperatures were). You also have the ability to adsjust the grinder’s settings (12 settings, from ‘fine’ to ‘coarse’), as well as programming in your “water hardness” level (which, in all likelihood, will change the descaling frequency). Once these things are done, you’re good to start making some wake-up-and-go-go-juice (as I call it). With the “touch screen” is divided into two ‘halves’, with the left being the “type” selection, and the right giving “strength” and “amount” choices. Starting with the right side, you can select the strength, amount of coffee/espresso, and amount of froth (all three selections have three options, which makes it simple). Moving to the left side, you can select between espresso, coffee, americano, cappuccino, latte, or good ol’ hot water (for the tea drinkers out there). ADDITIONAL THOUGHTS: While I will continue to use my Keurig every morning, having the Philips LatteGo is a fantastic item to have for the afternoon and/or evening…and, you’ll save yourself a huge amount of money, compared to going to Starbucks, Peet’s, Illy, The Coffee Bean, or any of the other higher-prices coffee houses. THE GOOD: • Everything (yea, I know that’s a “simple” thing to place here, but, in all honesty, this is fantastic, and I have nothing bad, negative, or otherwise, to say about it) THE BAD: • Nothing THE UGLY: • Nothing FINAL VERDICT: As soon as I clear away some counter space, I’ll be repositioning my Keurig & LatteGo, so that they can sit side-by-side. If you’re looking for a simple-to-use espresso/latte machine, there are quite a few to choose from. However, Philips is a well-known, well-established company, as well as a company known for (among many other product-types) coffee machines. If you choose to go with the Philips LatteGo, you will NOT be disappointed. The “tough decision” will be in determining which model is best for you (well, that, and what your bank account can ‘endure’). Would I recommend this? You’re darn tootin’ I would. Now, leave me alone…time to make myself a latte before I go to bed (again, yea, I know that sounds strange, but caffeine actually helps me to get to sleep). Disclaimer: This product was provided free, or at reduced cost, for the purpose of reviewing the product. Nevertheless, the above review, be it positive, negative, or anywhere in-between, is a 100% honest review, and the price paid played absolutely no part in my review.

DESIGN NEEDS A FEW TWEAKS TO MAKE IT GREAT
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I expected a lot from Philips especially at $800. It was difficult not to expect more, I have had the machine a few weeks and I am a avid coffee drinker. Setup: The setup was very simple, it really didnt take long to assemble the machine as there are minimal parts. Design: I do like that the machine has a fairly medium sized foot print so it doesn't tale a lot of counter space. The integrate water reservoir is nice but due to the smaller size when compared to other machines, the reservoir is rather small. You will find yourself refilling the machine frequently. The bean hopper size is pretty decent, it holds approx. 10oz so that is pretty good. The cleanup is pretty much standard as is all automatic machines, a pull out drawer to clean out grounds and water. A HUGE PLUS is the removable brew system for cleaning, it allows yo to fully remove the components to clean it out. Another PLUS is the milk container, it has no hoses/or parts so it makes for very easy cleanup. The MENU system is very nice, you can customize the coffee drink pretty much down to the froth, grind and ounces. Performance: The machine is louder than my Jura S9, considerably louder. It's a single boiler system so there is definitely a little wait for the water to boil. The milk frother is a neat design but the milk wasn't as frothed for the cappuccino's. There is a nice crème on the coffee so the brew isn't bad but the loudness, the wait and the lack of froth quality wouldn't be a deal breaker but at $800 those issues should not exist.

||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was a gift for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately it broke down after just 2 months of use. Trying to fix it ourselves led us nowhere and customer service wasn’t much help. We have to send the entire machine back for them to try to figure out why it isn’t working. Disappointing

Broke down in 28 days, Best Buy offers no service
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received this espresso machine on Jan 13th, and it broke down on Feb 11th. Less than a month of couple usages a day. Very frustrating. Espresso doesn't dispense and all the hot water spills to the dip tray. Contacted BB customer service, after being forwarded to 6 different departments they told me they can't help. I will NEVER buy any item from Best Buy in the future. Rather will buy directly from the manufacturer, makes it easier to deal with them if something breaks. Whats the point of buying a product from Best Buy if they can't provide any customer service?

Love, Love, Love this espresso machine
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I honestly have nothing but great things to say about this espresso maker. I am still working on getting the perfect grind for my beans (because I am not very familiar with the settings and the manual does not quite explain the grind type. It is just numbered 1-12 and you just pick a number.) I think if I research grind settings, I can figure it out, but at this point I am still very pleased with this espresso machine so that is not a huge deal for me. The directions are very simply stated. You can refer to a certain section that gives more info, but if your not familiar with espresso machines like me, you might take a little longer figuring things out. Just a heads up on that. Other than that, once I got started it all came together pretty easily and since than, I have been in love with this espresso machine. I have never owned an espresso machine before so let me just warn any folks out there, it does not make large cups of coffee. So if you are used to those huge cups (like myself) your in for a surprise. However, you can do a double coffee cup and I want to say that equals a good sized cup of coffee (not the large cups if you know what cups I am talking about) and I am totally okay with that because the coffee size maybe smaller than I am used to, but the coffee tastes so much better. I love how it froths my milk right in to my cup, but I have to say, I wish it gave you the option to froth with any coffee type. You can only froth on certain types like the latte and cappuccino. Maybe it does and I just haven't figured it out yet. Like I said, the directions are very vague. It does not give you any suggestions or recipes so your kind of on your own with that. I love how strong the smell of the coffee is while your brewing a cup.I rarely get that in a regular coffee machine. I love how the beans are ground with each cup of coffee so its a perfect taste. I loved my old coffee machine. It made some specialty coffees, but with this machine...you can really taste the difference. I definitely still have a ways to go with getting real familiar with it, but I think that will just have to take some time. I'm okay with that because in the meantime, my coffee and espresso's are fantastic and I love being able to make it right at home. I'm ready for winter and ready to enjoy a hot cup about 2-3 times a day. (I still drink hot coffee when its hot, but its so much more enjoyable when its cold.)

wow, the coffee machine that wows you...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first glance I was intimidated by this machine, but I found it to be very user friendly and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Philips also provided a video on the Latte Go I found on you tube that walked me thru its basic functions and not so basic functions. First off the packaging was great, it had a handle to gently lift the machine out of the box which was nice because it isn't a small machine. Once I had it on the countertop, I was surprised this machine wasn't too big for my counter and that it was going to be able to perform all the functions it advertised. All the parts came apart easily enough and were easy to rinse and clean. The Latte Go container was very easy to attach and remove for quick and easy cleaning after each use. I really like how the spout where the coffee drained out of was adjustable according to the size and height of your coffee cup. It was also convenient in that you can make 2 separate cups of coffee at a time, in to two different cups. It also came with an Aqua Clean Filter that came with a test strip so you can conveniently test your water supply for water hardness and adjust the machine accordingly to help get the best quality cup of coffee, latte, cappuccino or espresso. It was very easy fill with either ground coffee or coffee beans, it holds up to 10 Oz of beans. The water reservoir was nice because it holds up to 1.8 liters of water, so refilling isn't as often. The display was easy to understand and the guide in the instruction manual made it quick and easy to understand what each picture and symbol represented. I made a Latte Macchiato using the Latte Go attachment, it was easy and fast to make. You can preset your settings for future use and adjust those settings if you decide you want something different on the fly. It was a bit loud when grounding the beans, which startled my kids initially but nothing they couldn't get used to. I think it’s a great machine to have if you are serious coffee person and enjoy specialty drinks but its a bit overkill for my simple coffee needs. I have already recommended the Latte Go to my friends and coworkers that I know will enjoy all its capabilities and functions. I will say for a person with simple coffee needs, it was easy to make a few specialty drinks which was encouraging and exciting to be able to try new things so easily.

Great espresso machine with store quality coffee
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first ever automatic coffee maker. It is very easy to setup and the packaging of this unit is neatly done with easy to remove items. There are not that many moving parts. You can either follow the instruction manual or there are plenty of YouTube videos that show how to set this up. Everything is controlled via touch display, or more like with touch buttons. At the touch of these buttons, you can make one of the 5 coffee types: Espresso, Cappuccino, Coffee, Latte Macchiato, Americano. You would press these buttons twice if you want to make it double. There is a separate button for hot water. To the right of these buttons, you have the 'My Coffee Choice' menu settings which will allow you to adjust the aroma strength, coffee quantity, and the milk quantity. This unit comes with automatic ceramic grinders, which can be adjusted in 12 steps, depending on how fine or coarse you want the coffee beans to be. This doesn't mean you cannot use your instant or already ground coffee. There is a different compartment and you can easily add your coffee powder in it to make the coffee of your choice. According to Philips, the grinder is supposed to last for at least 20,000 cups. I am not sure if is replaceable or just done, time will tell. This grinder is no silent one, but it is also not too loud. The next specialty of this coffee machine is the LatteGo system. This one doesn't use a wand like a traditional milk frother, but instead it uses proprietary high speed system to create smooth milk froth. The best part is cleaning, just rinse out the container and you are done. One minor inconvenience is that you cannot just use the LatteGo to froth the milk without selecting a coffee option. This makes it harder to use it for other drinks such as hot chocolate. But I have read on Philips manual that you can use the Start/Stop button before the coffee/milk is completely to stop dispensing. I am going to try this to see if it works. This machine also comes with water filter which is activated as soon as you install it. There is an indicator on the touch panel that reflects the health of this filter. It lets you know when you need to replace the filter (~ 3 months) and when you need to descale it (~ 5000 cups). Overall, this is an easy to use automatic coffee/espresso maker at par with store quality that will save you in the long run.

This presses all the right buttons...
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This machine starts by making the most of the basic ingredients; water and coffee. The 2-quart water reservoir has an ‘AquaClean’ water filter. Just soak the filter for five minutes in a cup of water to activate it before you install it. Change the filter when the machine notifies and you will not need to descale your machine for nearly 5,000 cups. A single water hardness test strip ships with the unit. Follow the directions to test your water and then use the results to set the machine for you water hardness per the user Manual. There is a coffee bean hopper perfectly sized to hold a 12 oz bag of beans. The grind coarseness can be adjusted with a 12-step adjustment dial in the bean hopper. Adjusting this may be awkward if you have an overhead cabinet in the way. You can only adjust the dial while the machine is actively grinding. Review the directions on how to do this before you change it as there are some cautions to be aware of. Mine came set to coarse (#12). The ceramic grinder is built to last for at least 20.000 cups. The grinder is in the back and somewhat muffled. No grinder is ‘quiet’, but this is much quieter than my standalone grinder. No beans? There is a door on top where you can put in one scoop of pre-ground coffee instead of grinding beans. This is a great feature if you are in the mood for something different between bean changes, someone prefers a different flavor, or wants a decaf. The coffee temperature can be adjusted. There are three settings to choose from. To start making a beverage, press the power button, but don't put your cup in place until the machine completes its startup checks and is ready to go. Each time the machine turns on, it dispenses some water to clean itself out. You can let this go right into the drip tray. The tray is large enough to hold a fair amount of water from normal operation. There is a red indicator that floats up in the tray when the tray fills up. You select one of the five beverages using the flat easy to use and clean touch panel, Espresso, Cappuccino, Coffee, Latte Macchiato, and Americano, as well as just hot water. A double tap on the drink selection brews twice the amount for two cups, or one large cup. You can then customize the strength and cup size; there are 3 settings for each. Lastly, choose how much silky-smooth milk froth you want on drinks that support it, like a cappuccino or latte macchiato. However, you cannot use the LatteGo to froth milk on its own without making a coffee beverage with it. We Americans love our big coffee mugs. The machine can accommodate cups and many tall mug thanks to the adjustable dispensing spout. However, it cannot accommodate a tall 20 oz. travel mug for the car. The time to brew the first cup does take longer than a coffee pod type machine as there is much more involved. But it’s well worth the extra wait for a freshly ground cup of coffee that tastes as good as any cup you can make with traditional brewing. Maintenance and cleaning are pretty straight forward. There are three major areas that need cleaning/maintenance. 1. The water tray and used coffee grinds cup requires attention as needed. The more you use it, thee more attention it needs. There is a cup that holds the old grinds that comes out with the waste water tray. Pull the tray out, remove the cup of grounds and dump them. Then pour the water in the tray into the sink. It is easy to drain thanks to a molded in pouring spout on the back. The drip tray and the coffee ground container can also go in the dishwasher, but I find rinsing them clean and drying sufficient. I found this arrangement easy to clean, and smartly designed. 2. The milk frothier is just 3 parts and very easy to clean, no hard to clean pipes or hoses to clean out like on other machines. A very clever design. It gets cleaned after every session and can go in the dishwasher. 3. The brew system comes out from the side and is rinsed clean in the kitchen sink weekly. The User Manual advises right off to view the video on the web site on how to clean it. The machine comes with a tube of food grade lubricant for the mechanisms moving parts which needs some lubrication every two months. The parts to lubricate are listed in the User Manual. The machine is about as wide as a standard drip or Keurig machine, but deeper at 17". Power is via a beefy three prong cord to supply the 1,500 watts it needs. The lid for the milk does not attach, it just sits on top. When I had this machine on the corner of my counter, the lid went flying a few times when a person brushed by it with a jacket. I moved it to where there would be less passer-by traffic. The printed manual that comes with covers the basics, but refers to the on-line videos for cleaning rather than getting into the details. It’s black and white with small type. For a machine that makes five different drinks with customizations at this price point, Phillips could have put more effort into this. A laminated card as a Quick Guide to help new or occasional users in brewing a cup would be nice. Especially for new coffee machine users. Fortunately, Philips has several videos that cover setting up, using, and maintenance on-line to go User Manual. A new coffee machine owner would do well to review these. This is an attractive, solid, well-built coffee machine. It makes fantastic fresh tasting cups of coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, and espresso drinks as one would expect at this price point, or from a coffee shop. The milk froth is indeed silky smooth. This is so far beyond any plastic cup/pod coffee makers you can’t consider them competition for comparison. This machine was designed in Italy and made in Romania and comes with a 2-year warranty for peace of mind. The issues I made note of are more of suggestions on improving an already great product. They do not detract from enjoying this exceptional machine which gets one of my very rare 5-star ratings.

Professional coffee in your own home
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With the popularity of K-cups we have gotten used to an ok cup of coffee, just not a great cup of coffee as the speed in which you can make it is worth the trade off for most people. With the Philips 3200 you can have a FANTASTIC cup of coffee, with fresh ground beans in almost the same time as it takes for you to make a K-cup coffee. Not only that but you have five different drink settings, Espresso, Coffee, Americano, Cappuccino, Macchiato and Hot Water (for tea and hot chocolate) with the 3200. The milk frother works great and gives professional frothy results every time. Set up is fairly easy, Philips has a few videos on line that take you through the process. The most difficult part (and it’s not that difficult) is getting the water filter set up which is just submerging it in water to be sure there is no air in the system, you fill the reservoir with water and follow a couple of steps to have the 3200 finalize filter set up. Then fill the hopper that holds an entire 12 ounce bag of coffee beans to feed the grinder and you are ready to go. Choosing the right coffee beans is key as at first I used Dunkin Donuts beans but they ended up giving us weaker coffee than we would have liked, my wife and I are still experimenting on what beans we will settle on but it seems the best are on the stronger side. The whole internal mechanism comes out for cleaning and the drip tray removes easily to clean and also dispose of the used coffee grinds. Overall this is a very worthy addition to your kitchen and it will make you a barista in no time.

Excellent Coffee and Espresso Drinks
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. From unboxing to getting started, the directions were easy to follow and made it easy to setup and use. We were up and running within 20 minutes. It is extremely easy to fill the beans, water and milk. General maintenance is easy and all parts come out easily for either rinsing or cleaning with mild detergents. The system will make different types of coffee depending on how you set the grinder. You can make either American coffee or espresso drinks with ease. Each cup is freshly ground and brewed tasting fresh every time. There are no hoses for the milk which helps to decrease any type of residue build up and harmful bacteria. Similar footprint to that of a Keurig coffee maker and takes up similar counter space. Would prefer to have larger cups of coffee but you can easily choose to make two cups and it will be closer to a medium coffee at a retail location. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this machine. I will continue to tweak some of the settings in order to get exactly what I want from a cup of coffee but this will absolutely help me from going to some or the brick and mortar shops that are open today.

Set-up: Set- up of this Fully automatic espresso machine printer is very straight forward. The included manual details the setup though written and pictorial instructions. This machine weighs 8 kg (17.637 lbs.) and while it can be unboxed by one – have assistance makes the process easier. Much like a printer this until des have some doors that are taped shut and the tap should be removed before the machine’s first use – including dome tape that is hidden by the unit’s water tank. There are a few items to set up before you can begin brewing using this machine – rinsing the machine, activating the AquaClean filter, setting the water hardness, and assembling the LatteGo milk container. These are simple steps and are detailed well in the manuals. From here is it a matter of filling the water tank and beginning to brew. Usage Impressions: Usage of the machine is very straight forward and generally following the following process: 1) turning on the machine, selecting the coffee source (beans or pre-ground), selecting the type of coffee drink you want, the strength and quantity of coffee and Milk (for Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato) that one wants and then proceeding to start the brew. For non-milk coffees, you can choose to brew 1 or 2 at a time. For two, you place one cup under each spout on the machine. For a single cup, it should be centered so that both spouts are over the same cup. Brewing with beans is the default mode of brewing. Should one want to use pre-group coffee, one needs to add the grounds into the pre-ground coffee compartment, and press the aroma button to tell the system to use this source of coffee. Using this mode, you can only brew one coffee at a time and this mode must be picked each time you want to brew in this manner. Dispensing hot water is done via the LatteGo spout and the LatteGo must be removed from the system for it to dispense water. You can still select the volume of water to dispense as with any other drink. Another nice capability of the system is to be able to adjust the highest quantity setting for both the drink amount and the milk amount – thus allowing one to customize the settings to your preference and is useful if your typical cup of coffee is larger than regular ones. One can also adjust the temperature of the coffees to your preference (low, medium, or high). Adjusting the grinder settings allows one to have stronger or weaker coffee as you prefer. This is done by adjusting the grinder settings while the machine is grinding beans – it takes 2-3 cups after an adjustment for one to notice the adjusted settings and Phillips recommends you don’t adjust the grinder settings for the first 100-150 cups (approximately 1 month of usage). The only consumable cost other than coffee for this machine is for the AquaClean filter with will last for 625 cups of coffee – which at 2 cups per day would last 312 days – resulting in needing 2 filters per year at this rate. Filters cost $24 each. Finally, the machine does have an automatic shut-off safety feature in case one leaves the machine on it will shut itself off after some time and comes with a 2-year warranty. Summary: Overall the is an extremely nice automatic Expresso/Coffee machine that will thrill the coffee lover in your home. My wife, who is the coffee lover in our family has found it to be very enjoyable. This machine is ideal for coffee connoisseurs that would find value in using this machine. It could also be very useful for those that entertain, or host book clubs, etc. While this machine may seem like a steep investment; economically speaking this machine has some cost advantages vs buying coffee out, especially at the more popular coffee places that exist in today’s world. Here is an example of this economics – If one bought 2 cappuccinos per weekday $3.65 per coffee results in an annual cost of $1898.00. At 1 coffee out per weekday, the cost is $949.00. Taking the cost of this machine ($799) and the coffee ($7.99/48 cups) into account results in a saving of over $1,000 at 2 cups per day or $105.00 at 1 cup per day. This calculation does not consider other cost and time savings of not having to stand in line at the shop, drive out of your way, filters for this machine, etc. Pros: Easy use, variety of coffees, ability to use beans or grounds as desired, Cons: Size – Size - it is a countertop appliance.

Beware
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought one today to replace a model that completely broke after just 18 months. I figured I'd give it another shot. I came home, set it up, and all three lights started flashing. I played around with it, trying to look up solutions. Nothing worked, I called support. Nothing they suggested worked. Oh, and it blew out the power to my outlet when I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Yeah, really great product.
