Very easy to use machine. Just push the button wait a minute and enjoy. Practically no cleanup - only from time to time you have to remove the used coffee grains and water accumulated after self cleanup. Each coffee cup comes out delicious. We experimented with whole milk, creamers, almond milk and it’s coming out foamy and delicious. You can use whole beans (better taste) or ground coffee, caffeinated or decaf, with or without milk.

My wife is a huge coffee lover, and this basically brought a Starbucks into our home. We both love it. We can easily make any drink we’d like in a few minutes. Cleaning and maintenance is straightforward, and the coffee it makes is amazing. Would definitely recommend, if you can afford it, because it is NOT cheap. But if you’re willing to save up for a while, it’s definitely worth it in the long run.

As someone that has been drinking Keurig and grinding coffee beans separately. This has elevated my taste profile. I am enjying a miuch better coffee experience overall. i've Has this over a month now and so far this has been a stellar machine. it is a bit louder than what i'm used too and the cleaning can feel weird at first but then you get used it

I've had this espresso maker for about a month and a half now. I enjoy the ease of making good coffee. It took me a little bit to dial in the machine to get the flavor I was after. You have a lot of options to how strong or how full you want your espresso, coffee, cappuccino, etc. Cleanup is simple from a day to day basis. I do a more thorough cleaning once a week.

I returned my Breville Barista Pro for this. Really easy to use abd uses whole beans. Worth the money.

Thought we would play the long game and save on Starbucks and Dunkin visits, so far this has met our cravings for lattes and Expresso's! We got a K cup maker for the same reason, but drip coffee just isn't the same still found ourselves buying Machiattos, etc. A lot. But, back to this machine it's easy to clean and use love the design of the LatteGo and the drip tray.

Best Buy stands behind their products. Best Buy replaces the product if something goes wrong through the service plan. We’ve had to replace it because it starts to malfunction.

The Philips 3200 is even better than I imagined. I only bought it because my wife wanted it. I thought it would be loud, and a hassle to clean. Wow, was I wrong. Not only is it easy, this makes amazing coffee and espressos. Totally worth every penny. Only problem I had was with ordering from Best Buy. Worst ordering experience ever. I still give five stars as the review is for the product, not the seller.

This espresso maker is fantastic! It did not take long to set up and it has been used multiple times a day. The lattes taste great and it is very easy to clean and set up for the next day. This machine is going to save huge amounts of money! My coffee house people have wondered where I went! Black Friday prices made this choice for us hands down. I would highly suggest this machine to anyone!
