Thought we would play the long game and save on Starbucks and Dunkin visits, so far this has met our cravings for lattes and Expresso's! We got a K cup maker for the same reason, but drip coffee just isn't the same still found ourselves buying Machiattos, etc. A lot. But, back to this machine it's easy to clean and use love the design of the LatteGo and the drip tray.

I was a little hesitant of buying this since it does cost a pretty penny. I realize that there are a lot more expensive options than this but still a lot for me. I am not a coffee expert but wanted a better tasting coffee than k cups. So far, i have been very happy with it. It is very easy to use and clean and have not had any issues so far. Coffee taste great and the frother is great! Cant imagine going back to k cups

Makes perfect coffee. You can customize just enough that it is not a one size fits all but not too much that it takes up your entire morning trying to be a barista. We work from home and our mornings are extremely busy so being able to press a couple of buttons and having a piping hot café au lait is delightful.

Great product, I wish the cup hold had more space for a taller cup but otherwise functions well.

The Philips 3200 is even better than I imagined. I only bought it because my wife wanted it. I thought it would be loud, and a hassle to clean. Wow, was I wrong. Not only is it easy, this makes amazing coffee and espressos. Totally worth every penny. Only problem I had was with ordering from Best Buy. Worst ordering experience ever. I still give five stars as the review is for the product, not the seller.

so for satisfied with the product coffee is great .. the only caveat is it takes around a minute to warm up

I returned my Breville Barista Pro for this. Really easy to use abd uses whole beans. Worth the money.

I have had this machine for just over a month now and use it every day. The first few usages of the machine were a little clumsy so would highly recommend checking out some videos and reading the user guide. Overall, produces great beverages. Maintenance is a breeze (mainly rinsing after use either daily, weekly) and interface is easy once you get the sequence down. Definitely a luxury. but good value for the entry point.

Easy to install. Makes great espresso drinks, especially macchiatos. It goes through all the steps great. Nice to just be able to push a button and have a drink. The taste is spot on. Coming from Breville world and going through all the processes of making a espresso drink, I have to say this is nice. And No more messes.

This was a Christmas present for my wife. It wasn't something she'd asked for but she'd offhandedly mentioned a "Breville espresso machine" a while back. I spent months researching before settling on this one. It's NOT for the person who wants to do latte art. It's NOT for the person who wants to spend time treating espresso as a science and "dialing in" different grinds and pressure settings, etc. This is for someone that wants a machine that simply, easily, and quickly makes various espresso drinks. That's my wife. She's not interested in spending weeks figuring out the optimal settings for a particular coffee bean or type of drink. She hits a few buttons and it spits out a perfect drink that she (and everyone else who's tried them) absolutely love. It's also extremely easy to clean and maintain—no handwashing here! My wife loves it and is very happy with her big Christmas present surprise. I asked her what she'd title this review and she said "good bye, Starbucks!"

The Best home "full coffee experience". Makes a perfect Latte in less than a minute

This is an excellent super espresso machine and makes very good cappuccinos. The guts are the same as the two very expensive Saeco machines I've purchased in the past, but the ergonomics for filling liquids and cleaning has been improved.
