I've had this item for over a year now and I have to say it's paid for itself. The quality of the coffee it makes is as good as a 5-6 dollar coffee. We make 2 a day - over 300 times and it still works great. The only thing is you have to clean and maintain, but that's any coffee machine.

The machine is a little loud during normal coffee, expresso making and louder during cappuccino making. However, this is a product of pushing high pressure steam and/or water through milk and ground coffee beans. The water reservoir is a good size as well as the spent coffee buck bin and easy to change. The milk frother design is genius. It works great and cleans very easily. It makes the machine EXTRA worth it. The toughest part is getting the machine dialed in which could take some time. You should watch the video to help set it up, which is not to hard but it is not common sense. There are also 1 or 2 things you want to avoid like don't adjust the bean grinder while not grinding and not by more than 1 click at a time...I think that was it but check the directions for the pitfall. I read a lot of reviews and people complain about ridiculous stuff or they have done something wrong. The machine is not cheap but for all you get, it is well worth it and much cheaper than the fancy machines which are 2 or 3 times the cost. Yes, there is a lot of plastic. The buttons are more of a slight pressure and maybe register heat from your fingers. I have no issues like some people complained about. Well, enjoy.

This Phillips 3200 makes an awesome espresso, however a bit over priced.

Good value for money. Love the product and its ease of use.

Cons: - Does NOT make coffee..only espresso. - Has design flaws - a hole in the adjuster of the hopper so beans can get stuck…that was dumb. - There is No difference between Coffee and Americano (the drink buttons). - The cappuccino and macchiato buttons make the same drink, one has more milk, Neither look like the image in this product listing nor the little images on the button. - The tray broke pretty early on into my purchase and customer support was good about replacing it Pros: - Makes a caffeinated beverage similar to a regular American coffee pretty quickly compared to an AeroPress (which is what I was using before this) - easy to use - good customer service from Philips (replaced a the tray which broke within the first few weeks of me having it)

Wow this thing is amazing! If you can catch it on sale, it's an incredible deal!! It saves a lot of money over the expensive pods, and my wife and I are using it every single day. Has a lot of options for drinks, and the system is relatively easy to use.

works great and makes a really tasty espresso, cappuccino, and latte very easily. Easy to clean and maintain. Not particularly great at making very customized drinks like you might get from a coffee shop, but definitely good at making the bread and butter drinks for much cheaper than buying from your local barista.

Best Buy stands behind their products. Best Buy replaces the product if something goes wrong through the service plan. We’ve had to replace it because it starts to malfunction.

Never buying any chain stores coffees again in my life. This machine is the bestest ever. So quick to make coffee. I drink 9 cups a of JAVA a day and this machine does the job like a pro! Luv it. Expensive but definitely worth the price. Last 4 months this machine paid for itself.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present. We stepped up from a Keurig so we were looking for something simple. It is super easy to use. We have been very happy with the quality of the coffee, and my wife has cut her daily coffee shop run out of our budget.

I absolutely love this espresso machine. I upgraded from the Breville Barista Express. This machine is so much easier to use and makes excellent espresso, lattes, and cups of coffee. I highly recommend this machine for anyone who loves espresso!

Love, love love my new coffee pot. Good bye Starbucks!!! The only thing I think to improve this product would be a bigger water tank. All the features work wonderfully! The price compared to other coffee machines is way less and the coffee is delicious!

Love it!! The best latte maker so far and easy to clean.

Worth every penny. Sleek looking, and so easy to use. Gives 15 bars of pressure and coffee tastes great. Even the cleaning is Minimal and so simple to do. I was paying $40 for a box of k Cups. Only con is the upfront cost but it pays for itself..

Excellent machine and very easy to use. Did a lot of research and decided to go with the Phillips who purchased saeco in which this machine is pretty much that. With a good coffee you really taste the notes and don’t even need any sort of cream milk etc. No more stops at coffee shops

Makes really good coffee. Switched from k cups to bags of beans - actually saves money in the long run. Detachable milk cup is awesome to store in the fridge when not needed. Not very loud at all, easy to use.
