    I have an older "smart" Samsung TV. The "Universal" remote did not work with it. I was told if I bought the warranty that I could bring it back if it didn't work. When I tried to return it, I was told that, even with the warranty, I could only get store credit because I'd waited more than 14 days. No one mentioned that part when I bought it. I guess I should've gotten the magnifying glass out and read the tiny print. My bad.
