Posted .Hello Valued Customer, thank you for your review. It only works for certain models of Roku, if you have a Roku Ultra it won't fit because of the volume control on the side. That series of remote came out after this Universal Remote.

My son picked up the correct one for us. However I hadnt been feeling well so I didnt get back to the store for 34 days "So sorry we have a 30 day return policy" so I am stuck...live and learn even if you can get someone else sick dont miss there 30 day return.
