The universal remote did not work as well as I had hoped. Roku remote did not work when placed in the universal remote.

A good product but need to understand how it functions

It is kind of a bulky remote but it is a good remote nonetheless.

We were given a large TV without a remote. This allows us to work the TV, the DVD/ VCR, my stereo. As well as roku. Excellent advice at a good price.

Love this remote. The Roku remote is very small and would get misplaced, this is a little more substantial and harder to misplace. Great to be able to access tv functions and control Roku with just 2 in 1 remote, just flip sides.

Changed my life. I lose my roku remote all the time, falling in couch cushions and what not. This perfectly fits the tiki remote into the universal. Not too bulky and super easy to set up. I control my soundbar, tv, and roku all from one remote

A very handy remote to have. Will take care of most of your home electronics from your easy chair. Saves on batteries as you need just one remote control. The control was easy to set up and easy to use. Good buy and at a fair price.

The remote works well as an universal remote but only accommodates certain model roku remotes.This is a major draw back if you own only one roku device.

Works great but our lil roku remote doesn't fit into the open backside as advertised. Each work fine separately with our Samsung TV, Roku, and all the channels like Netflix and Amzn prime.

We purchased this because we liked the concept of having the ROKU remote attached to the universal remote, however, our ROKU remote didn't fit in the cradle. We called Phillips, only to find out the new models are larger, and they are working on making a new universal that will accommodate the new modle ROKU remotes but it won't be available for some time, so we returned it

Sons new remote, I bought a new tv for 25 $ with no remote, bought this remote worked great, only problem is didn't know it was going to have that give gap in the back of the remote. I misread and thought it came with a roku remote to attach. Works great though!!!

This is a cool device if you already purchased the standard roku. The little roku remote slides into this remote. Its a little wierd because there are also buttons on the bottom and side. But overall it is handier than 2 remotea.

Worked with my Hisense smart TV without a problem. Programming was easy and has space to add your roku tv remote as well. Price is reasonable. I’d recommend.

Works great and easy to program to your TV. I did not know there was an insert for Roku remote, the sales rep never told me, he just said it was a universal remote.

This universal remote does not work with our TV to switch from cable TV to Roku. It programmed the TV and works well with our old Sony TV but cannot pick up any channels, I guess because it does not work with our cable box. This is very disappointing because I thought I saw the company answer another customer's question about working with their cable box. The Total Tech support we received was excellent, though, as the agent helped us to understand why it did not work and gave us the ability to at least use the input function on our cable remote, decreasing the number of remotes we need to use from 3 to 2. I feel the description of this universal remote is somewhat deceptive, and they should make you aware that it may not work with your cable TV.

It was hard to get the code to take and even now it loses the code and I have to reprogram it at least 2 to 3 times a week

Had really high hopes on getting a better working remote with my RV TV. Unfortunately after trying the provided codes to sync multiple times, it just would not work. Even called customer service (for the remote) who was nice but no additional help. And of course I waited too long to even set it up and now the remote is non-returnable to Best Buy. Where's my hammer?

Great product and easy to setup and use. Recommend purchasing this product. Makes the Roku TV remote that came with our TV much better to use with our Polk sound bar.

PLEASE READ The remote itself works fine and was easily paired with my TV and Blu-ray player. However, it's defining feature is it's ability to fit a Roku remote in it's cradle on the backside. This Phillips remote was sold as a package offered by Best Buy with the Roku Voice Remote Pro. Unfortunately, the Voice Remote Pro does NOT fit in the Phillips remote and I've come to learn any Roku remote with side controls (like volume, etc) will not fit. It's pretty irresponsible of Best Buy to be pairing the Phillips remote with a Roku remote that is not compatible.

Kinda bulky, feels weird with the buttons rubbing your palm when using either side of the remote. Side buttons sometimes lose sync. But it kills having to use multiple remotes so I'm down with all of that.
