I have found it extremely difficult to program. I even called tech support to no avail. I'm not using it and it's sitting in a drawer gathering dust

Controls each component separately rather than controlling activities as I was used to with my old Logitech. There is a void in the marketplace after Logitech got out of the remote control business

If you’re slightly off center, even by 4 feet, and more than 10 feet from the TV, you better be ready to maneuver and bend and reach to get the remote to work.
