    It is an affordable device, and quality of it appears pretty good. However, I could not get this to work with my cable. It would only power on or off or adjust volume.

    The item a Phillips remote control does not work. It is a defective item. I purchased this remote for a flat screen Philips TV. I was unable to program the remote after numerous attempts. I had to purchase another Universal Remote Control from Big Lots Store.

    Best buy ended points for members. The points was the only reason I went to Best Buy. Now I won’t go back. Too many other places with better prices and warranties.

    I bought this remote and only work for couple weeks then adter that only the volume buttons that work, everything else no more functioning. Then i bought seond one and face same issue again

    I wasn’t successful setting up this remote. The Geek Squad was not successful either. Hoping Best Buy will let me return this remote!

    All codes need to be reset after battery replacement. Must push a button to light up keys but that confuses the remote.
