Useless

The lights won't connect to the bridge. There are no serial numbers because there's no paperwork. It was a gift, so it's too late to return. I spent over $100 on a gift my parents can't use. Thanks best buy!

Not ready for immediate use

Disappointed. I bought it as a gift and they’re not ready for use immediately making them a disappointment although he’s been looking forward to setting these up.

Not Geek Squad certified

This is suppose to be a Geek Squad certified refurbished item. The bars were tossed in the box, had 3 bases (should only have 2) and 2 of them were stuck together with 3m tape. Cords were just shoved in vs coiled neatly, set screws were loose in bottom of box, papers out of sleeve. Having purchased many refurbished items previously I know the standards and this is not it. Someone got lazy and did not do their job and then sold it as refurbished.

If bestbuy forgets to reset the product to not be connected with their Hue Bridge, the product will not work with anything you have at home. For me it’s absolutely it worth the $10 you save buying it refurbished. Just buy it new.

One set came from ohio and the other from California. Both sets were missing parts. I would not recommend buting anything refurbished from bestbuy.

Unusable - missing wall plug/mounts

It didn’t come with the wall plug or wall mounts. I spent 20 minutes speaking with a representative and they didn’t offer me any immediate solutions. Spend the extra $20 and just buy a new product. Very disappointing.

Fun Lighting - Good Price Refurbished
