The lights are BRIGHT! Currently using it with the Sync Box and the colors are lovely! It’s definitely priced as a luxury but you really do get what you pay for and more! I compared it to a friend’s Govee set up and Hue is just superior.

Please make sure when you get what you ordered. I ordered a 65in online and when i got to the store for a pickup i was told that they sent me a 55. This was after i removed my tv from the wall and mount. So i went with the 55 because i already removed the TV. Im 50 percent happy with the light. I light was much smaller so i had to move the strip inward.

Works well with the sync box. Philips Hue always works the best but is a premium price.

Bought the gradient lightstrip along with the hue sync box. If you don’t have the hue sync box, the standard hue lightstrips will probably work fine for you. That said, Philips just released an update for the gradient lightstrip that allows you to manually control the different light zones. Personally I would have been fine with the standard hue lightstrip.

I was hesitant to buy into the Philips Hue ecosystem because they’re so expensive. But thanks to a discount code and rewards points it softened that blow and I couldn’t be happier with these lights. I’ve used cheap light strips in the past which are ok, but add these with some other Hue lights and it completely transforms your room.

It works really well the app and connection can be quite buggy at time s but other than that it’s great, would be nice if there was more information to recommend to get the sync box as well and wish it wasn’t another 250 but it does work really well

I’m giving these lights 2 stars for the quality they are beautiful very bright and have every color imaginable . Cons they are expensive and not easy to use on their own they don’t work you need to buy an additional hue bridge to control them and if you want to sync them with your media you need to buy the hue sync. After spending more than 500 I was disappointed that you can’t sync directly with your tv you have to sync them though a streaming device most of us use our smart tv now days so it’s seriously outdated technology . I will wait to see what improvements new models hace and maybe purchase those .

Honestly this thing is the light strip we deserve. I have been waiting for this for so long. A few other companies have tried this but im so pleased with this purchase. Installation was effortless and easy to set up as well. The 7 different zones is plenty of area to light up. I recommend this to anyone with the Philip's Hue Play Box. Buy this and enjoy everything about it.

    Phillips Hue Fails to Disappoint

Purchased as a gift for my Phillips Hue obsessed partner. It worked great, but he ended up returning it as his setup with the older lightstrips, bulbs, and play bars already look great (he didn’t want to buy another sync box to hook this up with another TV in the house). He exchanged for the Phillips Hue outdoor spotlights.

great product, I have one on all 3 of my televisions, love the prism and fireplace fx and when paired with the Sync Box it’s awesome and immersive. But God forbid it stays attached to the back of the television, pops off constantly, i’m about to try gorilla super glue wish me luck. And holy cow are the power cord connection fragile, look at it wrong and it breaks. Love Best Buy for letting me swap out for a new one at no extra cost a year and a half later because of this second problem. I would still buy this product again, and obviously have already twice since the first despite those 2 glaring issues of which Philips Hue dept. have ignored.

These lights are amazing! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to make their home theater (or just simply tv) more immersive. I also recommend to measure twice and place once, as it becomes a challenge trying to remove the 3M double sided tape that comes attached to the prongs. But overall, an amazing product and has worked beautifully!

Adds awesome ambience to any lighting setup. Need to use it with a Hue Sync box and a hue hub. A little pricey but works great and wows all my friends that see it. Wish it had lighting at the bottom of the TV but I supplement that with a Play Bar for full coverage.

Great light strip. The color is bright and really goes with whatever you’re watching on tv. I put this on an 86 inch tv and it works and looks great. No need to add additional lighting.

The light strips are great and work great when used with the HDMI Sync Box. That being said, I'm not sure the whole setup is worth the price for what it adds to your at home viewing experience. I think it's a little overpriced and doesn't add as much to that experience as I would have hoped. I don't think this is for everyone, especially given the high price.

Great Lights, a must buy for any avid entertainer. You can buy them separately, but to get the most use out of them I recommend purchasing the Phillips Hue Sync Box. Also, measure the back of the TV first, the light strip come in different sizes, don't go by your screen size alone. I have a curve TV and I could have gone with a larger size.

This is a nice addition to the living room. I have the gradient strip connected to my hue app and it works great with the HDMI Sync Box. It adds a unique feeling of immersion when watching movies or playing games. Even without the sync features, this is a great light to add great ambience to your wall.

A very high quality light strip. It provides diffuse light with multiple zones of gradient light. Some of the fasteners that are used for installation had detached from the tv. So that was a little negative issue. I had bought some fasteners at Amazon.
