AMAZING
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.gradient is PERFECT! Only thing sucks is that it only works with 3rd part apps. Like through fire sticks/cube/TV. That’s the only reason for it not earning the last star.. but besides that.. I use it everyday!!!!!!! Makes the room set the mood.. either it’s party, movies, or music videos.. I got many ppl trying to have the same set up!! I LOVE IT!! Thanks for making it Philip Hue

Gradient light strip 100%
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paired this with my Hue Sync Box and my other Hue lights. It fits perfectly (with a bit of modification) on my 55” Sony A80K OLED TV. It works so well. The entire experience is so much more immersive after adding this to the setup. Highly recommend

Great product but Expensive
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Expensive but worth it . Sticky pads that come with dont hold the weight of the LED strip so you have to use other means but works well and we love it . I wish they mad a kit for 85 inch but it doesnt go around the whole tv so you have to buy the Bars to make it work around the whole tv.

great light, poor power cable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really great light, though does not cover bottom of TV and also has poor connections. Fairly bright with vibrant coloring, power plugin isn't solid. I had to return my original for a second because if the power cable was not positioned and moved at all, the power to the strip would flicker. On the 2nd purchase, it still has that issue, but not as bad.

Just what I was hoping for!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Really impressed with these thus far. Still early on in the process so cannot speak to longevity but so far, so good. Easy to install (85" tv), easy to connect, and was a breeze getting it synced to my bridge and sync box. Will definitely be adding more of the Philips Hue tech to my system.

Finicky
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Finicky power adapter, the brackets keep popping off the back of my C4 (don’t expect the light strip to stay in place for long), but the light show is great with movies. Stopped working for gaming for some reason… it all just feels like it takes up a lot of time in terms of keeping it working properly. The Philips Hue system, overall, isn’t fun to use, can feel like a chore.

Good product, could be better.
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my Samsung QN95B, only reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is the adhesive on the clips do not stick very well to the textured backing of the TV. Ended up having to order 3rd party ones of eBay to get them to stick.

Great home theater upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's wonderful streaming and playing video games in a dark room with this. I find myself not wanting to do either until after sundown. Major improvement over the bars. It was expensive at $200 and it's ridiculously expensive after Philips increased the price to $230. It's also very surprising that we can't program zones via the Hue app.

With the price
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works great. Easy to set up. There is another app you have to download to control it with the tv to sync the light but it can also be used with the regular hue app and bridge as a normal light so it’s on when the “living room” lights are on and then switches to mirror the TV when I turn it on. Worth it!

Immersive Expierence
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ya it's expensive, but you already knew that...this thing is completely unnecessary, BUT also a must-have for anyone looking for the next level movie night or video gaming experiences. The colors are bright and the transition speeds are near perfect. Bite the bullet and buy it. You will not regret it!

Practical and vivid!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got a defective batch of refurbished but have on other tv, works great. I currently have several which can be fun if spaced out enough...the strip on the back of the tv is easy to install, just be sure to leave at least a foot on each side for lites. The connectors seem never be secure, plugs out etc...

Your paying over $200... for some lights
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Philips hue bridge with the philips sync box and 65" lights. The set up for the lights was easy. My hue bridge found the lights no problem. If you have $600 to blow for some lights, bridge, and sync box and wanna make family movie night the best experience than yeah go for it. I wouldn't really it to a friend because they cant afford it.

Excellent product but expensive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for movies and gaming and it doesn’t disappoint. The hue sync app or device is a must and is required for this product to work as intended with your movies and games. Either download the hue sync app for free on your PC or purchase the sync device for $229. I docked 1 star off because of the high price.

Great lights but very expensive.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these to use with a Hue Sync Box, these lights are very responsive and seem to be able to create more colors than your usual unbranded strips. I have a little issue with the clips that hold it up on the TV. The strip itself is so hefty and heavy that it will fall off the clip sometimes.

Great
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love and enjoy the light. My advice to buyers, review the install instructions in the hue app. It is much better than the "picture" instructions. It suggests have a friend help which is great advice. I've had them a few months and they are still working well.

useless hue sync computer app for windows and mac
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This light strip will not work with apple tv or other gaming console unless connected to hue hdmi hub, connecting this with sync app in computer (pc or mac) will only make this work for audio / video from the computer. I now have to wait to buy hdmi sync hub to work with apple tv & console, till then this is a expensive night lamp
