This thing is game changing. I already had two Play Bars and the Play Box, so adding 7 extra zones of color for this price was a no brainer. Took some fiddling around with the controls to get the lights to turn on and off with my TV (best way is a USB cable to connect the Play Box to your TV). I seriously with my OLED more than I do going to the theater, which you can't really do these days anyway.

Was a gift for my husband, so bright and colorful. Easy to install, sorry I didn’t buy one for the living room TV.

Nice effects price you pay for quality but in my case I have a Sony 65 and kind look short but not affect you can see on the pictures

I bought the LG G5 and paired it with these lights and the other Philips products you need also like Philips sync box and Philips bridge. You need the others to really have it react to your TV or gameplay. If you buy just lights then it’ll be set color or “moods” you set on phone.

75” light strip for the 85” Sony! Was super simple to level and install / mount. Took roughly 15 minutes tops. Very pleased with the results.

You’re gonna love this. I really can’t say enough good things about this product, or how much I enjoy it. It is pricey, but it’s a quality product. The ease of setup is worth the cost. This product will do exactly what you want it to put of the box. You’ll have to purchase a sync box if your not setting this up using the computer app. I personally went with the sync box. Cake!

Was skeptical, but worth it. Installed on a 75in tv by myself rather easily in 3-5 minutes and was all set. The sticky pads are a pain to remove so I recommend lining them up before placing them. This light strip adds vibrancy to any living space.

Purchased this with the Play and Sync and cannot say how delighted I am. The effects just add to whatever I am watching. Movies, Sports, dramas or local news, The colors are automatic, I just choose how bright I want. Could easily turn off if desired (but why?) Like all Hue products, a little pricey but I feel it was worth the investment.

Best lights. Fastening to the tv is easy and secure. You do not have to have the sync box to get quality lighting behind the TV. We enjoy the lighting options on the Philips hue app.

I really like this smart lights, it’s a great complement for the Philips Hue play box, all together it’s a great item that adds to the entire setup of the hue family. if you are not in the Philips Hue ecosystem you may want to get something else’s, the Philips hue may seem very expensive for some but it’s well worth it.

Love it. Makes gaming, sports and everything souch lore immersive. It does not light up the bottom of your tv. Dont buy longer thinking it will work. Very cool not to see the light itself. Does not distract like light bars. Highly recommend.

[Employee of bestbuy] This is seriously the coolest looking thing in my house. Bought the sync box too so the colors coordinate with whats on the tv. Try watching a star wars movie and see how cool the effects are, you will be so impressed. Love love love

Great addition to my hue lights. Definitely worth it.

The Hue Play Gradient is a must have. It blends with the colors displayed on the TV and it eases vision discomfort. It can also be used to sync music, which adds a great mood to the scene. Additionally, the lights can set a mood to any room as they can be used when the TV is off.

These lights add something special to the movie/gaming experience. Once you have them, you’ll never want to go without them. TVs with out these lights seem boring. Also, must pair with Phillips hue play box and hub to get the full sync effect. Total for that combo can be a little pricey at the moment.

I love how you can adjust the brightness the intensity and even the modes with Phillips hue system I now have Phillips hue in throughout the house and it all works seamless

Talk about an immersive experience! This was absolutely a game-changer. It was almost too much to take in on the first day!

First of all, I love phillips, and love their environment, this was a no brainer because with the pandemic, my home is my new theater. This unfortunately has two faulty spots that doesn't match while using the white color. I searched online and this is a common issue that hue has been exchanging. I called best buy and the rep I spoke to didn't even know how to process an exchange and basically told me I'm stuck and need to go to the store. This is a waste of time, and costing me more money as best buy isn't close. For how expensive this thing is, this is unacceptable. How the product whole working is great and really does help with immersion, it's surround lighting at its best *when working properly*. Hopefully best buy will make this right, at right now I may return it all together and sit until next gen

Awesome lights if your into home theater entertainment you can't go wrong with HUE lights but you will need a sync box for it to work but definitely worth the money. Only downside in no lights at the bottom but you can always buy a different HUE lights to fix that.
